There are different doctors at this office. My husband and I see Dr. Boris Coronado and Cathy Cutler, ARNP, and we like their services there. Ive been seeing Cathy for over five years and she always treats me with respect. Dr. Jennifer Thielhelm has been my daughters pediatrician since she was born. We love her. She treats my daughter well. Same as her staff members. Dr. Pelteson retired and I loved him. He is so experienced and he very personable. But now that he retired, my son has a new doctor, Dr. Andrew Summers. So far my son hasnt seen him, but he did get to meet Jacey Dykstra, A.R.N.P. and she is very friendly too. Im not being biased. Weve seeing them for years and I believe they do have bedside manners and take time to listen to our concerns. Thank you!

So I just had to call the office number 3xs before I was even able to reach an actual person on the phone. Once I did get a hold of a receptionist, she was extremely cold, uncaring and unwilling to work with me on setting an appointment with Dr. Nicolas or a different family practitioner as Dr. Nicolas schedule did not work with my availability. While Im sure hes a good doctor, I was not super impressed with the ease of use with their phone system nor the staff that I encountered. Will definitely be looking to find a different doctor.

I understand that empty appointments are a loss of money, but they should have a few openings everyday for people who need an appointment asap. I pay my insurance and I would like to be seen sooner than 4 business days. Went to cvs and confirmed I have strep thoat... Guess physician associates thinks I can wait that long. Also phone system is not good, I called 3 times before I got through. Get it together!!

If I could put zero stars I would. Nasty, nasty front desk ladies. They act as if youre asking them to pay for your tests or prescriptions. Absolutely not customer service oriented. Changed offices after two appointments. If you can, please drive farther to another office to be seen.

The front desk, back-office staff, medical assistants, nurses, nurse practitioner, and physician are all superb! They have great bedside manners. They are very skilled! They are wonderful and I will keep seeing them.
