I had extremely terrible experience recently ! I got sick and first day when I got sick I came to see doctor . She didnt listened to me , but I already had a bad cough . She prescribed me whatever , not making sure what is really going on with me . I started taking all the medication as prescribed and I couldnt get of the bed for five days. Her medication didnt helped . Because she didnt know what really was going on. On fourth day I called to talk and say Im still very sick ! I have terrible headache , body ache , cough, my eyes hurt so badly , fever , and its not going away , even thought in drinking antibiotics she prescribed . , they said somebody will give me a call back next morning , and of course nobody didnt called me . Again I called them myself , telling that Im sick and nothing is helping , instead of offering me to be seen by doctor asap they said they are trying to fit me in their busy schedule but I will have to wait when I will arrive there , when I told them Im not able to they were trying to prove me wrong , telling how busy they are ! Is this is my mistake ? Ill defenetly never ever will go there again ! I will try to find out where else I can right down my complain !

I really like Dr. Nieves, Dr. Christy Payne. This review is for the staff. I have had nothing but problems with the staff. I called the office to try to get Prior Authorization sent to my insurance company. They said they would handle it. Im still trying to get Prior Authorization for meds that Dr Nieves prescribed me. Its been 3 months and still my insurance company says my Drs office have not called to authorize. Thats just one issue.... I dropped off papers from my lawyer to be filled out by Dr Nieves and the front office staff lost them. Also I have a hard time getting any type of referrals to other specialists even after Dr Nieves has referred me and I have to return to the specialist, I have to fight and claw, spend all day on phone being hung up on again and again. The staff is just awful there. They dont do their jobs and they do not care about the patients! Theres alot more I have to say but people will get the point.

I felt rushed by the doctor and could barely understand what she was saying. They spoke to me in Spanish first without even asking whether I spoke English or Spanish. The nurse did an ear excavation and my left ear is still ringing and in pain. They said they would send a prescription for ear drops and this is day 2 that I have not received it at my pharmacy even after calling the office again about it. Im not one to write reviews, but this experience led me to being so frustrated and dealing with unnecessary pain now. Im really disappointed and am changing my doctor after I receive the eardrops for the ear problem I now have from that nurses mistake. Avoid going to this office if possible.

The ladies at the front desk were fantastic about helping me with my insurance and getting the correct doctor as my primary care doctor. The PA I saw was very attentive and responsive to what I was telling her. She went out of her way to make sure I was OK before leaving the office and to make sure I was (finally) on the correct meds, that my previous doctor had put me on.

This place sucks....ive been sitting here two hours past my appointment...just for test results...my last appointment was nearly 3 hours idk maybe they are trying to set a record or do a social study?!.... I wouldnt recomend you come here at all some of tje staff are nice,very polite but thats the only positive thing i can say
