Dr. Victor Seralde was a somewhat compassionate but VERY irresponsible doctor. My family and I were patients of his for about 5 years. Ridiculously long waits even when youve made an appointment (It wasnt unusual to wait 2-3 hours PAST your appointment time.). High staff turnover, resulting in countless mistakes and inexperienced advise. The front office was managed by a woman who couldnt hear well, was difficult to understand, ignored patients standing right in front of her, and was crazy rude to everyone. His brother, Cirilo, also worked at this office a couple days out of the week. Im so sorry if you need medical attention on a day he is working out of that office... Mr. Cirilo is an @$$hole and treated my mother with unforgivable disrespect. But I digress... Dr. Victor seemed caring, but I realized a bit too late what this offices cash only true intentions were. $$$ Sebring is an awful place to get proper health care, but if you absolutely have to, stay far away from these 2 offices. My life was nearly ruined by their irresponsible prescribing. I hope theyve made big changes since I last visited in 2014. I have.

Terrible! I have been trying for two weeks to get my medicine. I came from another state, and they needed paperwork. They said they didnt get it, so I called, and my sender gave me the confirmation number they did get it. I will find another Dr. If I dont get my meds today. It may be more of office help issues, but the Dr. needs to fix it, I will tell him. They rarely answer phone, hours on answering machine doesnt match hours on door (closed when I drove half hour there). Im disgusted. First they didnt didnt have my record from two years earlier, then they find it. They have more excuses. The Red Flag is definitely up, saying get another Doctor.
