Avoid Dr Malki Avoid Avoid Avoid. In November after moving into the state I went to see Dr Malki for a regular check up and a refill of Simvastaten which had been perscribed by another doctor in Texas. After the blood work I had a 2nd appointment. Dr Malki instead of prescribing Simvastaten prescribed another medecine and an inject able medicine. His helper Charlene refused to give the inject aible medecine until "my wife" came in for training on giving injections. I explained it was not possible and she refused the prescription. A patch version of the medicine was available for $400 /month. Not affordable. Then she lost the prescription for FenoFibrate and did not give that to me either. The Pharmacist told me that the doctors office couldnt hold my perscriptions hostage and so I put in a call to Dr Malki who responded after a day. I explained the issues and complained about how it was taking 2 days short of a month to get medecines and that my perscriptions were being held up by Charlene. Two days later I get a letter from Dr Malki saying he cant establish a "theraputic relationship" with me. So Dr Malki does not want customers if they complain about mistakes his staff is making. Additonally another helper in his office came out to the waiting room to discuss a patients problem in front of other people waiting. After turning to return to the office she rolled her eyes and stomped off bothered by the customer. Avoid unless you like this kind of treatment

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT VERIFY PRESCRIPTIONS BEFORE ORDERING THEM. THEY ORDERED MY PRESCRIPTION INCORRECTLY AND MADE ME PAY FOR THE WRONG ONE THEN THEY TRIED TO FIX IT BUT AGAIN HAD BE BILLED FOR THEIR MISTAKE. PHARMACY SHOWED ME WHERE THEY MADE THE MISTAKE AND THE OFFICE REFUSED TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF FAULT AND THEY BECAME VERY RUDE TOWARDS ME. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY LIFE. HOW DO YOU NOT PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RECORDS ON A LIFE ALTERING PRESCRIPTION. PLEASE, IF YOU REQUIRE MEDICATIONS, DO WHAT YOU KNOW IS RIGHT AND FIND A DOCTORS OFFICE THAT DOES CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND NOT JUST ANOTHER PAYCHECK. GOD BLESS!

It cost me $140 for Kelly to see a lump in my leg and tell me to get an ultra sound done. I pay $100 for the ultra sound and the doctors office calls me (not Kelly of course) and tells me its not a blood clot but then she doesnt tell me what it is and that was the end of the call. I call back asking for Kelly to explain to me what it is and I waited all day long for a response and didnt get it. I call back and was met with attitude from someone who may be named Sasha? So this office has now taken $240 and basically robbed me and Im back to square one. I will never be returning to this office every again.

Michelle is a sweetie person, I use to go to this office. The dr well him and his staff need work. If the dr has no bed side manners then you know for a fax that the staff dose not as well. Like I said the only person who is sweetie and caring is Michele. Her parents raised her right. She should have her own office and not his Nurse Practitioner. She should have been a dr. She has what it takes. A Heart !

Keep trying to make an appt to a urologist michelle hoyas refered us to, and for some reason cant follow through, the staff here wont make the appt for me, just a lot of back and forth not getting anywhere. Seems like doctors just care about billing your insurance, never been so fustrated with medical staff like this before. On top of that over an hour wait time first time being seen.

my husband was just in this office and the girls were rude and nasty. Scheduled an appt with me under false information. He was on the phone with me explaining to me what happened and the girl was rude and argumentative. I work next door to them and I am very disappointed that I told my husband to go there. He is a good doctor however his office staff needs some work.

Ive been with the office for almost six years, and recently they added a new nurse practitioner, Kelly whom my friend sees and really likes. Ive been seeing Dr. Malki and Michelle who are both very professional and knowledgable. The staff is very warm and welcoming and prompt. Definitely recommend!

My sister goes here and sees Michele she is wonderful. On top of things and always professional. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is taken care of. Linda is wonderful nurse and so is the other staff. If they took my insurance Id be coming here myself.

Office staff is about typical (overly busy and professional but not warm/friendly) but the doctor and nurse practitioner are fantastic, and theyve always gotten me in when I need to be seen and returned calls quickly. Im very happy with this practice.

Doctor laughed at me when I asked for further blood tests. Never went back.
