Assuming you ever get to SEE Dr. Maharaj, shes a wonderfully talented doctor who listens and works with you to provide the best possible treatment. As a doctor shes fantastic. However, as a doctors OFFICE its atrocious. Possibly the worst Ive ever dealt with. Youll call for an appointment, get put on hold for 10 minutes, and be forgotten. Then youll call back, get put back on hold for 10 minutes, and again be forced to give up. When you are FINALLY able to make an appointment, you better clear your schedule, because without fail youll always be seen 30+ minutes after the appointment time. Either Dr. Maharaj is spreading herself to thin, or her and her staff are the worst at time management. As a working professional, when we agree on a time I expect to be seen within a reasonable window of that time. I cant afford to waste 2 hours at the doctors when its supposed to take 1. So if you have patience and no other priorities in your day, go for it. If youre like me and seek great care AND reasonable efficiency, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
