The lowest I can give him is 1 star or I would give him less. His staff is absolutely horrible. He seems to be a nice person himself, but he is not in control of his office personal. Sorry Dr. Swisher you are a great guy but your staff over step their authority and try to give advise that probably they shouldnt, and are beyond rude. So you really get a big fat 0. It seems to be the trend here. I wish you well, but I will never step foot in your office again. Take some business advice fire the ones that have no people skills and your practice will thrive. Remember you have no room for a good employee as long as you keep a bad one. Good Luck your going to need it with that crew. Note: Let it be know your services are no longer needed. Tammy was a terrible nurse; will not return because of her attitude. Dr. Swisher was going to stop the medication Ive been on for 3 years due to a balance being on my account. Mind you, I send monthly payments in as Ive been doing for the last several years. Recently theyve changed their policy and now money takes precedent over medical necessities. Doctors have an oath to uphold and unfortunately this practice, especially Dr. Swisher has failed to uphold the ethical standards of caring for his patients. I nor my husband will return.

I have never met Dr. Swisher, but I have heard he is a very good doctor. I have been going there for awhile and used to see Melissa. The me NP Linda was who I just met and saw recently. I am sad to say, due to what was one of the rudest and unprofessional visits Ive had with any nurse or doctor anywhere, I will never go back. I have to find a new doctor! PLEASE give her a training class on manners, compassion and empathy! I have never left an office so upset in my life!!!

Myself, kids and parents all go here. Usually can get in same day and never any wait in the waiting room. Very fast and efficient, no complaints. Dr. Swisher is a very kind doctor, knowledgeable and a great listener. When I was going through cancer treatment and test results from specialists were freaking me out he reviewed everything with me and took the time to put my mind at ease. It meant the world. Patient for life! Thanks Doc!

This 5 star review goes directly to Dr. Swisher and his efficiency. Our wait time is never very long and he is a great doctor. Very kind and knowledgeable. However, so far, at all of our appointments, his medical assistants have entered numerical values like height, weight and head circumference incorrectly into the chart and he has to take time to check and correct. He is wonderful but he could use a better support system.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. There is only 1 person in the office outside of the doctor that even knows what they are doing or is even nice. I missed an appointment because a family member of mine found a tumor on his brain. They said since I didnt call to cancel Im not allowed to come back. Terrible people

They have me see a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor, the nurse practitioner is very rude, he rushes through the visit, he never listens to what I have to say, he accused me of not taking my meds, I dont see how this place stays in business.

Easy to get appointments - sometimes even same-day, staff are mostly wonderful. Usually very short wait times. Dr Swisher seems hurried sometimes and defaults to referrals, but is a pretty flexible doctor.

Dr Swisher is a great doctor but everybody around him are rude from the lady at the desk to the nurse practitioners. I wont set up another appointment without talking to him directly

Dr Swisher is a very kind and compassionate doctor. The staff is relatively new, but its a growing practice, and never more than 10 minutes wait time.
