I started putting on weight years and years ago, I had never been much of an exerciser due to multiple knee injuries. In July, I saw a picture of myself and decided enough was enough. I saw an ad for Synergy Medical Weight Loss in a local advertisement magazine and asked my wife about it...she had heard of Dr. Eric Janowitz and his team and said I should give it a try. Prior, I tried several other diets/plans...some were successful, some were not. The ones that were successful were the prepackaged food diets...well, once I came off of those, I gained the weight right back. I started Synergy in July and have since lost 69 pounds! The weight loss has changed my life...I was heading for another knee surgery this month and since the weight loss, I am able to at least postpone it because the pain is not nearly what it was. I can do so many more activities that I wasnt able to do with the extra weight I was carrying and the best part is that I have learned the proper way to eat. My taste for food has completely changed! It is amazing. I highly recommend Synergy. The people there are fantastic, so helpful and supportive. Thank you to Dr. Eric Janowitz, Dr. Liz Wooley, Dr. Meredith, Lori, Brittany and Katy. My wife and I did this program together and I think that really was key! Having someone to do the program with made it fun! People ask me all the time if it was hard and it really wasnt! It was fun! We were able to go on multiple vacations during this 4 months and we still lost weight because we knew how to eat!! Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

From April 2014 - Dec 2014, I have lost 59 lbs. with Synergy Family Health Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program. After many failed attempts at dieting and combos of diet and exercise I decided to try out the program. The program was fool proof, it has taught me how to eat healthy, still enjoy eating out, and how to continue to enjoy my favorite foods, and still lose weight. The support from the Synergy staff was phenomenal, they encouraged me every step of the way and made my weekly visit so much fun. Lori helped me kick my bad habits and now I am in the right direction. This is the type of support you need on your weight loss journey. I began the program, and the staff (Dr. Meredith, Lori, and Brittany) always encouraged me with their kindness and advice, I have been able to reach my goal. You are eating real food, not prepackaged/premeasured food so it is really a lifestyle not a diet that you will yoyo back and forth on. You gain knowledge from those changes and it is much more meaningful and satisfying. The key to success is personal commitment. If you are looking for a weight loss plan that WILL WORK and you are ready to commit to a program, go for Synergy Family Health Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program. Commit to the plan for 4 months, you WILL NOT be disappointed. The most valuable outcome of my journey, I really have a new relationship to myself and what I am capable of accomplishing. I love who I am evolving into and it is due to the passionate and enthusiastic support I get from my weekly visit to Synergy Family Health.

I have been a patient of Dr. Janowitz for over 6 years and have loved being part of the Synergy family. Recently I had to come to the realization that I needed to get my weight under control or I would be unable to pass the DOT physical for the next year and therefore lose my job. I spoke with Lori about the Synergy Weight Loss program and knew it was exactly the program that I could use to reach my goal of returning the the amount I weighed on the day I reported for boot camp in the US Navy. One month ago, I weight 262 pounds and needed to lose at least 50 to make my goal. After just 1 week, I had lost 10 pounds and was on my way. I have now lost 25 pounds in a month and the program runs for 4 months. I have had a pair of jeans in my dresser for the last 3 months that I could not button up and I decided to try them on this morning. I was totally surprised that they not only fit, but there was a little extra room. In 1 month, I have lost half my goal, reduced my BMI by 4 percentage points, gotten my blood sugar totally under control and reduced the # of medications I am currently taking.. With the support of the great staff and Doctors at Synergy, I am sure I will reach my goal and more than likely have time to get even lower. I am almost thinking I could even see Onederland as they say on the Biggest Loser. They make the program easy and all you have to do is have will power, follow the diet they give you as close as possible and the weight will definitely come off. Thank you so much for having such an amazing program available.

I have a Patient of Dr. Eric for over 10 years and feel that I have benefited from his care. Aside from the relief of initial symptoms that I experienced (head aches, back aches, and being sick all the time), I have improved my posture and my FHP (Forward Head Position). Visiting Dr. Eric and Dr. Liz is always the highlight of my day. Not only are the adjustments and other services they offer top notch, but the staff and other care providers are awesome too! The office is always so positive that I leave feeling much more upbeat than when I went in. I am really listened too when I have problems and / or issues... and everybody bends over backwards to help! I am on a once a week adjustment schedule and I have never been happier. I still get sick but I feel that my body is better able to keep me healthy when I keep up with my adjustments. I have friends who ask how I can afford to be adjusted every week... and I reply that I cannot afford to stop being adjusted every week... not in terms of money... but of total health. We all make decisions on how we spend our money. I might not have a 90 inch curved 3-D 4K TV on my wall, but I am doing something positive that improves my quality of life. I cannot recommend Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic enough. They really care about you... while they care about you.... if that makes sense.

I was having back pain daily since my accident, and then I decided to look for a chiropractor. After carefully looking around online I was lucky enough to find Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic. I was a little skeptical, because I have never been, and was truly worried about some stories Ive heard in the past. I called in and was able to book an appointment immediately for the following day. When I got there, right away I was treated super well! The front desk staff was filled with knowledgeable, super pleasant, and helpful people. Before my exam, Dr. Janowitz was super patient with me, even though I was pretty nervous, he put my mind at ease, and really cared about the reason I was there, to make sure all the issues were addressed. I could not believe how AMAZING I felt after just one adjustment. I was honestly a new person. My mood also improved. That visit restored hope in the potential to actually be pain free and normal again. Of course one adjustment doesnt fix a long term problem, but I was very surprised with the degree of improvement after a single visit. The office is beautiful and filled with state of art equipment. You kinda feel like a super hero after visiting this clinic. (lol)
