I worked with Dr Posey over 25 years ago so I know first hand he is knowledgeable in exotics. I have seen him with all kinds of reptiles, wild birds, farm animals, along with cats and dogs. And so life took me on a different path and years later I found him again and now I drive the distance (45 minutes) to take my reptiles to him when needed. I trust him and know hes not out to rob me of my money. Hes not like alot of other vets (or people ) around here...hes a country boy from Kansas and ALWAYS wear cowboy boots!

These guys are great. My GF and I went on a short vacation and when we got back, our dog suddenly couldnt walk anymore, she could not support her hind end. We thought we were going to have to euthanize her and we were heartbroken. But Dr. Posey started doing acupuncture on her and now, although wobbly, she is able to get up and get around on her own. She is happy and "running" around like you wouldnt believe. Cant believe its the same dog!

We were referred to Promenade Animal Hospital by another vet closer to our home (their bunny person was not in the office). It was an emergency situation with our bunny. Wow! They were wonderful and so caring. What a great experience. As it turns out, the situation was not an emergency but I will be taking him back to the office (even though there are closer vets in the area). Cant say enough about the quality of care our bunny received!

Taking my dog to the vet has always been stressful to me. Hes 8 years old with some social anxiety issues and has a loud bark. Today though, I felt fairly at ease due to the staffs ability to handle his behavior thoughtfully and kindly. Im impressed with the steps they took to make my dogs visit (and mine) more comfortable. I left their office today feeling calm and I actually look forward to seeing them next year with my dog!

We love Dr. Posey and the staff. Our Green Cheek Conure and Bearded Dragon are patients and each time we visit ( every 6 months ) for checkups and nail/wing trimmings, we are always greeted with smiling faces and of course they love visiting with our pets. I highly recommend this office for anyone with birds, reptiles and even fur babies as they are very knowledgeable and caring. Thanks Promenade!!!

I am very happy with all of my care from Promenade Animal Hospital for my dog and 4 cats. One cat needed emergency tooth surgery and they were able to fit her in that day.
