Ive been bringing my kids here for 4 years now. my son was previously had a different pediatrician for his first two years which we were unhappy with, but after finding Eastlake Pediatrics I have nothing but wonderful things to say! we started seeing Dr Jordan 4 years ago. he is so kind smart and patient. my son really took to him and had no fear about coming to the doctor (until shot time ;-) ) They have two offices which is super convenient. if theyre booked at 1 you can try to get into the other. one is in Eastlake and one in Trinity. I dont mind the drive coming from Dunedin to Eastlake because its well worth it. For the last 2 years weve been seeing Dr Jessica on a regular basis for both of my children. just because of scheduling and convenience at the Eastlake office. she goes above and beyond, & she is so patient. I seriously feel like I owe her so many thanks. going through some issues with my daughter right now and I feel like its a weekly thing that she takes the time to call me and go over the next step. she always puts my mind at ease with all of her knowledge and always covers all her bases with my daughter. I have seen all of the doctors and nurse practitione. Im happy with them all and would recommend all of them, to all of you. Lastly, Im in and out quickly, its clean and the staff is kind. If they would start seeing adults Id come here to ...lol! I highly recommend Eastlake pediatrics! From, the Wehrlis

When I was pregnant with my first child, I had no idea what to do. I was told my the hospital that I needed to have a pediatrician lined up before birth and given that I was about 2 weeks away, I panicked. I was given a list of pediatricians in the area and I just picked the closest one. I went there and spoke with someone and let them know that I was expecting my baby girl any day now. Turns out, choosing East Lake Pediatrics was the best choice I have made. 2 babies later, I am still here. Since choosing, I have moved, as far as Saint Pete and I was STILL making the drive. They are THE best. They know me by face. They are genuine. When my son had to be taken to the hospital via ambulance, they were there for us. For me, when I was just a complete mess. I could not ask for anyone better. I love all of the staff. I have called there millions of times with questions and concerns and they have always treated me with respect. I have not had one problem in the 6 years I have been going. Thank you to Dr. Jordan and ALL the staff for everything that you have done for my children. You all are truly amazing. <3

My family absolutely LOVES East Lake Pediatrics for many reasons. First is the lack of wait time. With 3 kids (usually all under the weather at the same time) I like that I can be in and out of the office quickly. The doctors are real, they are nice, caring, and do their best to relate with your child in the short time that they are with them. I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience at East Lake. We have seen all of the doctors there and I prefer none over another. The staff is great and they remember their families. They call back quickly if you need to speak with a nurse, and their emergency line is quick to help give you guidance. My favorite part of East Lake Pediatrics is that they do not scare tactic you into anything (which I have seen/experienced many pediatricians do), they are honest with you when it is something worth concern, and quick to ease your fears/worries when maybe we try to make mountains out of mole hills. The absolute BEST pediatrician office I have been at.

My daughter has been a patient of East Lake Pediatrics since we moved back here in January 2012. It was recommended by a friend of mine, and spoke very highly of through out the community. There has not been one phone call that was not returned when I was concerned with my daughters health, not one question unanswered, and best of all they allow me to be a decision maker in regards to my childs health. I do not ever feel bullied when it comes to immunizations or medications, and every time, they help me to make an informed decision as to how my daughter should be treated. Both offices are kept clean, the staff is EXCELLENT with kids, and the wait times are very reasonable. It is great to have a Pediatricians office that I can count on. Thank you East Lake Pediatrics!

We have always had a great experience here and this practice is highly recommended by other professionals in the area. The doctors are extremely helpful, thorough and provide exceptional guidance. As first time parents, we worried about everything but they put us at ease and reassured the steps we are taking. Anytime we have an issue with our son they accommodate us same day or next. Which is a huge relief when you are worried about your child. They also just opened a really nice second office next door to the current office that has themed rooms. My son loved the Star Wars room! What a great touch for a pediatricians office!

Every time we go into East Lake Pediatrics the staff is always very warm and welcoming. The nursing staff is excellent with my daughter and is always very patient with her. I never feel rushed by any of the providers and they take their time in diagnosing my daughter and always come up with a great treatment plan. I am very comfortable with everyone in this office and am confident they do what is best for my daughter every time.

There are many reason why I love East Lake Pediatrics, but one major reason is because they never make me feel like any of my questions or concerns are silly. They always have a smile and I have loved every single doctor that has seen my daughter. I will be transferring my oldest daughter to East Lake Pediatrics as well because Ive just been so pleased with them. Thank you all for all that you do!!

Dr. Jordan is an excellent pediatrician with a very welcoming bedside manner. Im sure any mother can relate to the fear and anxiety experienced when a child is sick or hurts themselves. Dr. Jordan has always provided extremely competent and compassionate medical service in emergency and non-emergency situations. His staff is always friendly and the clinics are very clean.

East Lake Pediatrics has been great to our family. Weve been to both offices. The staff has been very helpful, and able to get us in on short notice. As new parents, they took the time to explain/answer all of our questions and concerns. When our child came home from the hospital under weight, they were very supportive and provided a plan to get the weight up.

That was our first visit after moving to this area from another state. I brought all my kids records on the flash drive (this flash drive I received from our previous pediatrician), but they refused to accept it and send me out to print all the records (about 700-900 pages). We didnt even get thru front desk to see the doctor. Unbelievable. Awful experience.
