My family and I were patients at Palm Harbor Internal Medicine & Pediatrics for several years. We saw Dr. Goldstein and he is a wonderful doctor. We have since moved out of state and have two members of my family with serious health concerns. Our new doctors have been unable to obtain our records from Palm Harbor and Ive even been back to visit and paid to have the records transferred. I did this over a year ago and still we have not received them. It is hindering our treatment in some areas as we cannot provide background information about some of our conditions. I met with the office manager when I was there and she assured me that she would personally make certain our records were copied and sent. Dr. Goldstein is great but I would rate his staff as poor, at best.

While Dr. Goldstein deserves 5 stars, his office does not and unfortunately his review will suffer. They are rude, unhelpful, inconsiderate and lack any sort of customer service skills. Besides having to wait over an hour and continuously being told youre next, they leave at 5pm with no regard for the patients who are still waiting. There was no direction given to the patients waiting. Additionally, after calling every single day for three weeks to obtain my own medical records I had to hysterically cry in their office explaining how my health is at stake and even then I was told they "misplaced" my record. Absolutely absurd!

I have been a patient of dr Goldstein for over 10 years and in my opinion he is an amazing doctor. When I have an appointment with him he is very thorough and very knowledgeable. I walk out of the office feeling like he is "family" to me. He takes his time with each patient with every appointment. His staff is friendly and always helpful. Be prepared to wait at least an hour to an hour 1/2 to be seen.
