I typically go to a different location which I LOVE but because it was a Saturday when my son woke up sick, I had to go to this location because my preferred office was booked. It was extremely dirty and not well kept but it seemed fine other than that. I came back a week later for a follow up and waited for an hour in the waiting room and another 30 mins in the room to be seen. When the doctor finally showed up, she didnt remember seeing him the week before (shouldnt you have notes on the matter?) so couldnt determine if his ear infection got better or worse! She then couldnt make up her mind on what she wanted to give him. She decided on ear drops on top of our already prescribed antibiotics but when she came back she changed her mind once again and told me to stop our antibiotics and start another. Well, when I went to get the prescription she failed to write the strength so I couldnt get it filled. That was a Sunday so they were closed, Monday was a holiday, then Tuesday after several attempts from CVS to reach them, the office never responded. Its a good thing I kept my sons old antibiotics or my poor 2 month old would have gone several days with no medicine. I finally had to call and speak to somebody to get them to return the call from CVS so I could get my new antibiotics for my son. After my next follow up I will NEVER return to this location. I highly recommend the one on Park Blvd. Its clean, the waits are short, and the staff is friendly and competent.

Not pleased with the service today. I waited in line to check in over 10 min. The clerk did not give me the papers I needed to fill out to be seen until she checked everyone else that was after us. She finally gave me the papers and of course, they called everyone else I n. We were called about 50min after out appointment time and still waiting in the room and is 1:20 min later to see the NP. I should have taken my children to urgent care, it would have been faster. We had issues in the past with the doctor not getting back with us regarding lab and x ray results until we brought it up 3 months later. It seems that they refer just for the billing at times. P.S. I gave 1 start because it is necessary to post, but they really do not deserve any. This is definitely my last time here!!!!! Changing docs today!!!!

Not happy with my doctor that pulled back my sons foreskin FORCEFULLY he cried and started bleeding! I called and complained about my doctor and they did NOTHING! I changed doctors (same office) and she seems nice but I do not like this office! I prefer the office on 49th st saint Petersburg

Arrived 15min early . Was greeted with smiling faces by the professional staff . I seen DR. Arango for my Symptoms . She quickly identified what was wrong . And gave me the proper medicine to cure me. I enjoyed the whole experience except for being sick. Thanks staff an office Manager.

Great experience - CLEAN, modern building. Colorful painted walls with childrens theme. Flat screen tvs in each room (including waiting room) with childrens movie on. Friendly staff. Pretty much ZERO wait time!
