DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! I recently moved to clearwater and needed a place that accepted her insurance. I brought my daughter here and it was the biggest mistake ive ever made. the dr does not even acknowledge the patient!!!! she brings a nurse in with her and tells the nurse everything then leaves then the nurse relays the info back to me. the nurses are nice but CAN NOT DO THEIR JOB! when i first got my daughter into daycare i needed her shots and physical forms and they forgot to sign the forms! so i had to miss a day of work and go back and get that fixed. then my daughter was picking at her ears a lot so i brought her in to check for an ear infection and they told me she was fine. the next day her pharmacy was calling me saying her perscription was ready. i called the dr office to find out why she had a perscription and they said she has an ear infection in both her ears! so thanks for telling me at the appt!! THEN at one of her well check ups they randomly stapled another childs physical form to my daughters discharge papers! i had his social and birthday and all his info right there. of course i brought the paper back and told them to be more careful. THE LAST STRAW was when i switched my daughters daycare because i got a new job and asked for her physical and shot records and they only gave me the physical (which i dont know the difference so i didnt know till i turned them in at the daycare) and they said i needed the shot record to. so i called the dr and said please fax it IMMEDIATLY cause i need it to bring my daughter to daycare the next day. so when i went the next day THEY NEVER FAXED IT!!! so i had to call out of my new job after a week of being there cause the nurses could not do their job. i never went back after that. and of course like everyone else said, the wait times SUCKED .

PLEASE do not go here! I chose to make an appt. with this doctor because my kids have Medicaid and its hard to find a doctor that is flexible with vax and are pro-breastfeeding which is why I was drawn to her despite many of my friends telling me not to go to her. I made an appt. anyways and I was there with my 2 kids. First off the office stunk! Like a dirty diaper, it was gross! Our appt was at 12:30pm. Finally around 1:30pm a "nurse" came and got us and started asking us all the usual questions but she couldnt pronounce any of the medical terms. She kept laughing (Im assuming she was embarrassed) and I just kind of chuckled with her in disbelief. Finally that person left. I waited until 2:30pm and NO ONE ever came back in! 2 hours after our appt time! Finally I grabbed my 2 kids and went up front where there were like 7 girls sitting up there chatting including someone that looked like a doctor but I dont know who she was. The office by then was crowded, overflowed with patients waiting. I finally told the girls up front that I have been sitting back there for 2 hours and no one has come yet so we are leaving. They said "ok". Not a "oh the doctor will be right with you" nothing! I would NEVER suggest anyone to go there again. I couldnt imagine having a sick child and waiting that long. I should have listened to everyone and stayed far away!

I arrived 25 minutes prior to my appointment today to fill out paperwork. The office is filthy. For a place that sees kids you would expect an area for kids to be able to play. While they have toys and a table nothing is clean. The floors are filthy and my child needed TK be washed and changed when I got home because of that. My appointment was at 1pm. Dr. Danuta saw us at 3:10pm. She was referred to me by a friend and I have to say I was thoroughly disappointed and very upset by the time I left. Waiting 2 1/2 hours with a fussy baby was no fun. My daughter didnt get her afternoon nap and I had a cranky and fussy baby the rest of the day. But then being lectured for almost 30 minutes about vaccinations, from a Doctor who is supposedly very supportive of non-vax parents was shocking. Then I endured questioning as to my own health and well being and making sure my child was supported by animal proteins after telling her we are vegan. I was personally insulted and I left there nearly in tears. Definitely dont take your kids here!!! Horrible horrible practice!

The worst experience. Especially for my newborns FIRST dr visit. Everything was great until we where taken into an exam room and I could hear a child coughing in the previous room we where in. The door was wide open as they asked their list of questions and measured my baby. Then we where taken back for her weigh in. We where led back in the same area as the coughing child and down the hall. As we where walking back I heard the nurse say the child had WHOOPING COUGH! I was FURIOUS. You are supposed to have sick children in a separate area. None the less they put the child in an exam room RIGHT ACROSS from where my now naked baby was being weighed in. Again FURIOUS. We shut the door and let them proceed to weigh her. After being taken back into the first room. I noticed the nurses where NOT washing their hands before touching my baby. Again, FURIOUS. My partner and I decided just to walk out. The most un sanitary and un organized place I have ever seen. NEVER again. Now we are on the hunt for a pediatrician AGAIN.

I think Dr. Jackson is a wonderful pediatrician, she is very caring towards my daughter. She remembers my daughters growths and triumphs as well as different issues we have had over the years. I think considering the volume of patience she sees and the fact that she is the only doctor in her office that she is the best at what she does. She has flexible office hours, and a staff that will do what it takes to get the job done at a comfortable level for the child being seen. My daughter has grown comfortable with the staff and is very thankful to Dr. Jacksons care. Its a shame we dont get to see her when my daughter is well but,I know when I bring my sick child in to see her doctor, that she will be taken care of to the best of any doctors ability.

Terrible service, long wait even when scheduled for emergency visits. They make you wait around with your almost naked baby after weighing, for almost 2 hours in the freezing AC. Assistants are rude. Doctor is very cold and clinical and I could tell she didnt care about my baby at all. And when my baby was only a week old I went to see her for breastfeeding issues and she sent us to a hospital an hour away for low blood sugar and it turned out after being in the emergency room and being poked and prodded, he was actually well within range of blood sugar levels for his age and absolutely nothing was wrong with him. Very very disappointed with this place. Been there 3 times and its been awful every time. Dont waste your time!
