My husband has been a patient of this location since 2012. We ran into a situation as he realized he had one pair of contact lens before a trip to Mexico. We called them immediately to see if we could pick some up and since he had not had an eye exam since May 2014 they told us no. I tried to explain that he just finished up the last box and has no issues with what he was using and if we could just get a couple pairs to get us through the weekend we would make both of our appointments. My husband and I do not carry vision insurance so we pay for this out of pocket and it is certainly not Walmart prices. The girl explained this was a medical device and this could cause a liability for the doctor but I explained while I totally understood this was his fault for not checking sooner he was willing to take the liability as how often do eye doctors get sued for giving someone contacts. I will now take my business elsewhere and honestly this situation or my business means nothing to them but I will not spend my hard earned money on a doctor who does not treat me like they appreciate and want my business.

Horrendous. Had an apoint almost a month ago - paid for 30 day contact lens order. Was told they would call me that same week. Had to call in 3 times to find out about my order - got blown off every time with an "Ill call you back". Never got one single call back. Finally today a different person answered and called their distributor - the order wasnt placed - so she just placed it and they will be in on Monday. She said she would call me Monday and actually sounded like she meant it. We will see, I can only wear these lenses for less than another week ... So Im hopeful it will be taken care of. Im new to the area and read the reviews before I made the apoint - I probably wont go back there.

This facility popped up so I checked for reviews. They were highly rated, so I took a chance and made an appointment. The great reviews were true and Im happy to add another one! The staff was so friendly, patient, and extremely accommodating. They went the extra-mile to make me feel welcomed and satisfied with my choice of frames. Much gratitude to Vince, Melissa, and Dr. Cook. Look forward to seeing you again when its time to pick up the new eyeglasses!!

I went in to get a prescription for glasses and contacts. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The entire appointment took about an hour, including trying two different types of contact lenses, which I thought was very fast. Both Dr. Cook and the staff were friendly and thorough. Another plus is that take many different types of vision insurance, so the overall cost was less than elsewhere. March 2016.

I had a very good experience here. Id recently contracted an eye infection and after describing all the symptoms and speaking to Dr Kate she was able to clearly explain what was going on. At some point we needed to change my medication and she was friendly and showed concern for my condition. Ive been recovering nicely and Im appreciative the staff here are friendly and looking out for my wellbeing!

My exam was a very positive experience. The staff is courteous and Dr. Claffie was wonderful. I had to change my appointment time and that was done without any hassles. The exam was thorough and I was provided with an updated brand of comfortable contact lenses within my price range. I would refer this office to my friends and family.
