My mother went to get an eye exam there and new glasses. The lady who helped her was extremely rude throughout the whole process and when she returned to pick up her glasses. The lady went to check the glasses out on her and mom told her they were not comfortable. The lady shook them while were on her head. She was extremely rude and does not care about the patients. I could see possibly if the lady was having a bad day, but the same attitude the next time? She ended up having to go to Lens Crafters and spend more money to get good service and better glasses which she can now see out of.

From what I understand, Dr. Keats purchased this practice within the last couple years. So the negative reviews may be a different staff. I have had extremely positive experiences with this office and the doctor for the last year and a half. The doctor is sincerely kind and informative. I felt like his examinations were very thorough. He offered me more extensive examinations but didnt pressure me into doing them. The selection of frames is great.

Dr. Keats was very educational and informative with my current needs for eye glasses. He was patient and spent almost an hour with me doing my exam. He personally greeted me and brought me back to the exam room. I was seen promptly for my appointment and there was no pressure or "upsale." He and the staff listened and were able to answer any question that I had.

His staff were incredibly efficient and respectful. I highly recommend Dr. Keats and Northwood Vision. I will be seeing him again!

Dr. Keats is very professional, He was very patient with my 11-month old who wouldnt allow him anywhere near his eyes. He made sure to explain everything to me about the tests he was doing and why, and the outcome of the test. The Dr. and the staff were amazing, couldnt have asked for more.

I wanted to support this business because Id rather support independent stores than chains. However, the totally incompetent front desk staff made me not care whether I went to Innovision or them. I didnt even bother staying on the line to make an appointment. Dont waste your time.
