Starting over three years ago, I have had four surgeries, two total knee replace, rotators cuff surgery and foot ...I started out with the first knee and would not go anywhere else. The staff are understanding, professional and just nice people. The business office starting out with Susan are friendly and you feel like home. She always manages to get my appointments around my busy schedule. The PTs are great. I have had the pleasure of working with Laura, Josh, James, Susie and of course Adam, no to mentions the wonderful owners... They are very professional, but at the same time friendly and helpful. Thanks to them and a wonderful surgeon I walk without a limp, cane or pain and am recovering from my rotators cuff surgery. As far as I am concerned, I am sure there are some great Physical Therapist in this area, but I will always use Therapy One...they are the BEST!!!!

Such a friendly staff!! I went to a different place back in 2013. For the first 45 minutes i sat by myself doing stretches. The last 10 minutes they finally worked on me. Completely different experience at Therapy One! From the time i came til i left they were working hands on with my neck, shoulders and jaw. I went for my TMJ. I literally looked forward to all my appointments every week. The deep tissue neck and shoulder massages and the jaw and neck stretches felt so wonderful!!!! Helped my headaches immediately. Considering TMJ is something that can never be healed or fixed...physical therapy is the only thing ive found that gives me relief for a few years. Id go once a week for that the rest of my life if I could. Haha

My introduction to Therapy1One started with a welcoming front desk staff. Josh Schenkel relieved my Vertigo problem with compassion using professional therapy at our initial evaluation. I remain dizzy free. I also had a balancing problem and received therapy with Josh and Laura Smith. I was given take home assignments for self therapy. I can now do household chores and gardening without the fear of falling and hurting myself. I was referred by Dr. Tran ENT to Therapy1One, and will let him know he made a wise choice for my treatment. God Bless to all of you from a great full patient. Rita A.

Ive dealt with several physical therapy places in my time and Therapy One was by far the most unethical, unscrupulous, ill mannered physical therapy business, if not business in general, that Ive ever dealt with.They will often times leave you waiting for assistance while they are off having conversation. One time they even forgot that I was there. Thanks to their rendering services under false pretenses I now owe them more than $1500 more than I was told that I would. They are out to rip you off. Do not trust these people with your health or your money.

After struggling for several months with a shoulder injury, I went to the doctor and was referred to Kathy at Therapy1One. I wasnt sure what to expect and on the day of my first appointment, I was in a great deal of pain. After my first visit with Kathy, she drastically reduced my pain. Over the next few weeks, Kathy not only treated the root cause of my injury, she also provided me with with the tools I needed to avoid a similar injury in the future. i am so glade i came to you my neck is much batter i can move it to the right i feel all the way and most of the way to the left i can move it up and down you have the best people working for you they take their jobs very sereus and they treat their people like friends and family thank you so much i had the goal to be able to move my neck like before and i feel that i am 90% there the operation was very sesreus and i was afried that i would never have full movement thank you so mouh for so many careing people they are fantistic

I injured my hand while training for a Spartan race. I tried to recover on my own using treatment options I had found through the internet. I was making little progress and my race was a month out. I decided to go to therapy One as a last ditch effort. I am very happy that I gave Therapy One a try! The staff was very friendly and figured out a treatment plan that had me ready for my race just in time. Thank you Therapy One!

This place is amazing! The staff is really friendly and willing to work with young around your schedule. The front desk people are super friendly and knowledgeable. The therapists and helpers touch base with you on a personal level and will work with you on something that pains you. They will not push you into more pain. They ask questions to make sure you are doing okay. This place is the best.

Therapy One has helped me tremendously with my back and leg pain. Everyone that works there was so nice and eager to help me in anyway possible to improve me physical condition. At the end of my therapy I was given exercises to do at home to help me continue to improve. I was well satisfied with this facility, and would recommend it to friends and family needing physical therapy.

My experience at Therapy1One was wonderful. The staff is friendly, and really take the time to get to know you and what your injury/injuries are. Everyday I attended therapy I was greeted with a smile and asked by the physical therapist how I was feeling and what my pain level was any particular day. I would absolutely recommend Therapy1One to anyone that needs physical therapy.

The staff at THERAPY1ONE are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. I was impressed that everyone knew me by name on my 2nd appointment. To begin with I was not excited about having to take the time to go to therapy. However, my therapy turned out to be a positive experience that I looked forward to going to three times a week.

I had double duty neck and lower back pain when I started my PT. These guys are AWESOME. I just had my last session today and my range of motion increased dramatically. These are kind, compassionate and thoroughly trained Physical Therapist. I highly recommend if you need physical therapy, go to Therapy One.
