HUGE shout out to Julie Snowden and her team at Advanced Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. Without them, I feel certain, Elly would be recuperating and rehabilitating from knee surgery. Instead, she competed yesterday in the Indiana AAU Tae Kwon Do Tournament. This was her first competition since Nationals last July and she won GOLD. Could not be more proud of her and more thankful to Julie and her team.

Everyone is extremely knowledgable. They consult with each other to assure they are in target with their treatment. They allow you to stay an work on your exercises as long as you wish and they watch to see if you are doing them correctly. They call the day before to remind you of appointment. It was out of network for my insurance, but I would go back in a minute, if needed.

We have been going to Advanced Physical Therapy for a couple of years now, for our sons heel pain since he is growing so fast.
