The entire team at the Grand Rapids (Cascade) Michigan facility was fantastic to coach and keep me focused on my goal to a full recovery after total knee joint replacement. They tailored a recovery plan with specific milestones that were setup based on my ability to achieve those goals as I progressed though my recovery. The facility is open, clean and professionally setup to allow the staff to stay engaged with the patients at all times throughout the appointments. The staff made physical therapy enjoyable. The staff is amazing at what they do and are fun to be around. I work with people for a living, and yet I was amazed at how I watched them connect so well with every age demographic and recovery that walked through the door. Oh, and my knee recovered quickly from my (2nd) ACL reconstruction surgery so win win. God forbid I need to do any physical therapy anytime soon again, but if I do I know where Im going.
