They have some of the rudest employees I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with ..... I called in to schedule an appointment the operator transferred me to appointments and that is where came into contact with Abby.... I had been on hold waiting on someone to pick up to get the appointment scheduled. My call was picked up and a very displease voice says "HELLO" I said my name is Jane Doe I am calling for an appointment I then heard hold music playing in my ear . she had just put me on hold with no warning at all (this happens more then once during our conversation) after 2 minutes she picks the line back up and carries on like nothing had happened . You can tell through the amount of attitude and unhappiness spilling on me through the phone she is either having a bad day or hate me and her job. she was unwilling to help me work around my very busy schedule to find a date that would work best for me. I did not feel as though I was a valued patient or that she was concerned at all with the pain I was in. last time I check without patients Medical professionals would be out of work. Patient care matters.

A Private User

Was a client in the physical therapy office in Flowers Hospital. The physical therapists are exceptional. They are incredibly knowledgeable and, in my experience, work with the clients in an empathetic and concerned manner. The reason for my rating is the reception staff. They are rude to the point of being mean. When your job is to interact with the public, youd do well to at least pretend to care about the people who are visiting your office. I cannot express my disapproval for these women. I find it amazing that they continue to be employed at this office.

The Dr I have has been great but I fell messed my cast up and rehurt my foot today my Dr is out and all they recast it didnt check it didnt get to a Dr a wouldnt give me anything for the pain just sent me home hurting with no idea if its hurt worse or not

First they sent me to the wrong location so I had to waste my time and gas to go all the way back to the other one. Then I get there sit over an hour still have not been seen and still two people ahead of me. Ridiculous.

Rude! Worry more about $ than helping you. Will refuse to do needed surgery if you owe them money. You might just go to another bone doctor, but they are it in this area.

They dont answer the phone Ive called on three separate occasions within there business hours to make an apointment and not once have they answered.
