I am a Navy Diver and had to have shoulder surgery due to my job. From the first visit with Susie to the last, she made me very comfortable, answered any questions or concerns that I may have had. The entire staff was very friendly and worked with my crazy schedule as far as setting my appointments. They made sure that I was engaged in the process of getting my shoulder back to full working capacity and being able to dive again. The front desk ladies made sure that I was able to continue my therapy before my referrals had expired and tracked the input of extensions. I have the utmost respect of there profession and knowledge. If you have the opportunity to use Therapy One and dont it will be your loss (could be in mobility). I was hesitant about going to physical therapy because I thought I was fine after the auto accident (self diagnosis). After going to Therapy One, I learned I was not as well as I thought. My range of motion in my neck was not very good and the pain was very uncomfortable. After completing all of my physical therapy sessions, my neck is so much stronger and my range of motion increased tremendously. I want to thank all of the staff for their kindness and professionalism, not with just me, but others I observed receiving service. I worked primarily with Lara and Jared and they were phenomenal. I have been using Therapy One for 2 years off and on for a Cervical herniated disc injury. I am a Registered Nurse Case Manager here in Panama City. Therapy One by far is the best!! They listen to my concerns and answer my questions. They include me in the treatment plan and are very attentive to my needs. I like all of the therapist there. I have had a good experience with the one on Jenks Avenue in Panama City. Josh and James are brilliant. They do an outstanding job. Susan at the front desk is amazing. The staff at the Jenks Ave location are very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In the beginning I had my doubts regarding physical therapy as a cure for my frozen shoulder and thought it would require surgery, but after just a few sessions with Josh and Laura, I was already getting my range of motion back. I now have almost 100% painless range of motion in my shoulder and have been instructed on what I can do to continue my healing process on my own. The folks at Therapy One have made healing my injured shoulder a very pleasant experience. I very highly recommend Therapy One for your physical therapy needs.

I highly recommend Therapy One. I have two bad knees. When I began treatment a month ago, it was to buy time till the next doctors visit, where I could have the injections to relieve my knee pain. With the help of the great therapists here, I was able to cancel my appointment for the injections. I just spent 4 days with my grandchildren , 3yrs and 9 months. I was able to pick up, carry and play with them. No small feat! Thank you, Karen, Kelli and Angie for all your care.

I worked with Susie Garcia at the Panama City office and she was great! She explained every exercise to me and answered all of my questions about my condition. Susan was always very helpful and called me by name every time I came in the door. I always felt welcome which made a big difference!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy. Hopefully I wont need physical therapy again but if I do I will definitely come back to Therapy One on Jenks Ave!!

Arrived for appointment and therapist put me off for 20 minutes, and excuses pissed me off even more.. If they cant keep appointments dont make them. Therapist skill is way below standards. No better than a chiropractor. Attitudes are condescending. After 8 sessions, where some were good, most were not. Often I had to do my exercises on my own with no feedback. Paige was most like a real therapist, the others were not. Very Disappointing.

Kelli is amazing! I broke my ankle in three places back in October and had 6 weeks of therapy after 4 months of non weight in a boot, and I walking really great now and it feels 100 times better. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming and they really listen to your feed back and care about your progress!!! I was worried about therapy because I had never been before but they are really wonderful and I will be referring everyone here!!

The staff at Therapy1One, Richard, Whitney, and Zetta were all instrumental in putting me on the road to recovery. I was afraid to bend down and put a shoe on, or get out of the car with something in my hand until I had been going to Therapy1One for a couple of weeks.
