Unappreciated, degraded - very unprofessional. 1st appointment with DR Lance Rainey - I was contacted prior to my appt to complete docs and send a copy of my ins card - however when I got there they required I give them the card .. and start on paper work again. Then when I was half way through she says nevermind I have it. They call me back in a timely manner, l waited in a small closet room for about an hour - PA or resident comes in apologizes takes information, listened ..documented..apologized again ... had to be close to another hour when the DR can in...again he addresses my issues and apologized. Went for my follow up appt today... drove from Alabama got in to bad traffic due to construction was 11 minutes late. Walk up to the receptionist, advised I was here. She continued to look at her mobile phone for a minute or two - then looks at me and said your a full 15 minutes late, Dr doesnt accept late patients. Yes - I was 11 minutes late but what made his time more valuable than mine. Needless to say - my perception of having a one stop medical facility, would be great ... NOT . The receptionist is probably a minimum wage over paid ... thats pushing for a increase in minimum wage. Disgusted I wasted my time and energy there. My advise is not to sign yourself up for elective gum surgery.

Twice I have been to this facility, The first time I was having severe headaches along with fever and felt like I was going to collapse. The Dr told me I was going thru the dts go home and drink gatorade. Was charged $156.00. I dont do drugs and had not had a drink in months. Two days later I went to a Doctors office and in 10 minutes and a urine test I was diagnosed with a UTI , I was treated with a nasal spray for the headache and antibiotics for the infection. The most recent visit I went and described a severe sinus headache with green and bloody mucus blown from my nose, throwing up, and also felt like a knife was being stuck into my right lower lung. The intern wanted a chest xray , took my blood pressure over my sweater and also listened to my lungs over my sweater, then gave me a prescription of antibiotics for the spot of pneumonia and an antibiotic for the fever blister did not even address the sinus infection which has now left me deaf in my right ear. This place needs to be closed.

Surgery check-in has awful bedside manner. When you are there to check-in for surgery your nerves are already up and down. Your with out food or water since midnight the day before, and surgery is at 1pm theres another rise in stress. Just to be rudely embarrassed. I will say officer manager talked to me in the back and apologized. But to top it off they had the wrong leg to operate on in my charts! If I didnt read it who knows what would of happened. I will not be returning here for nothing! But to pick up my refills on meds I filled there after surgery. Other than that I am done doing business with this medical park!

I come here every three months for lab work. I have been here once for an bone scan and I had an average experience, but if youre coming to get any type of lab work done I recommend the Baptist Medical Park. They are very friendly, do not push their limits with how many times they stick you, and most people are out of there quickly. (There is usually not a long wait around 3:30-4:30. The morning times are the longest wait)

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! I have been here for 2 1/2 hours and counting to have a simple drug screen & physical. Im A nurse, but this is ridiculous! I have seen two sets (room full) of other patients go ahead of me. I am recommending to my company to NOT USE your facility!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

All the staff and physicians Ive had have been nothing but fantastic. Frietas Brewer and DeCampos and all their nurses and assistants have always ensured I left feeling confident and well taken care of

7 Hours to get a physical done and the physician skipped over me to other patients multiple times, better hope you dont have much to do the day you visit
