This place was complete crap march of 2015 I was admitted here for passing out at work i arrived in an ambulance they constantly asked me if i was on drugs I kept telling them no Im not on drugs they wouldnt have so much as found even aspirin in my system they stuck an iv in me placed me on a rolling bed did a few things I cant even remember and out of all the things they could have diagnosed me with they just said oh you had a seizure there was literally no evidence of having had a seizure they took no time in comming to the conclusion of me having one eighther I was in there for 45 min how does a doctor even remotely have enough time to come to any conclusion in that short of a time frame they clearly did not care at all about my well being but just to get a quick payday I was not allowed to return to work because of the diagnosis they gave me and I had to seek real professionals to figure out what had actually happened and it took me 6 months before I was allowed to come back to work cause Noone knew what was wrong until it happened again this hospital had every opportunity to figure it out had they actually done there job correctly I will never go here ever again and to top it all off they charged my insurance 10k and me 2500 the services they claimed to have provided in 45 min if I were dieing and my only option was to go here I would tell them to dump me off on the side of the road and let me die in peace vanderbilt will always have my trust and my business

Biggest joke for a hospital Ive ever seen. Nurse staff was unhelpful and seemed to not understand their practice. Was there during a shift change and our second doctor almost gave my pregnant wife a second dose of pain killers way to soon simply because he was confused on the fact he was suppose to write her a script instead of give her more in a IV. Had a awful experience while my father in law was there also but thats a whole other book. If it wasnt for the fact its so close during an emergency Id recommend everyone to find a different hospital in Nashville to go to.

So when I went to the emergency room in Ashland city at Tri Star just to be transferred to Vandy last month. They charged $20,000 for doing nothing and tell me I owe over 2,000 myself. Vandy did the emergency room and fixed me and did multiple follow up appointments for just over 1,000 out of pocket. Tri Star is a joke. Do not waist your time. I sat there for 4 hours with basically no help. Biggest joke I have ever seen and biggest rip off ever! The law should not allow them to take advantage of people like they are.....wish I could put less then 1 star

One time the doctors at this hospital gave my dad Anti-Depressants even though they arent Psychiatrists, later that month he attempted suicide, and messed him up for life, then my mother was sent there and had to get a breathing tube put in and she died in their custody but she came back to life a minute later, and we had her sent to Baptist Hospital immediately when she could have the chance, she then died one and a half weeks later, if you love your family and you want the best for them, dont go to this Hospital. They. Will. Die.

Worst er in middle Tennessee. Wait times are outrageous even when the waiting room and parking lot are empty. My nephew was sent home with no answers, no treatment, and is currently being admitted to Vanderbilt childrens hospital 2 days later. There is a systemic problem here. Either shut down, or fix it. Continuing to operate in the current manner costs lives, which is far more important than dollars!

I had to take my daughter to the ER last night for severe abdominal pain. I thought the staff did a wonderful job with her and performed all diagnostics that were needed to give us an answer to the cause of her pain. We were sent home with a treatment plan and they even called the next day to check up on her. Thanks for the great service!

We went on July 4th with a severe burn. The staff was attentive and so kind. We couldnt have been happier with the care we received from the entire staff. They were calming, informative and caring. Nurse Blair was fantastic and really helped us through the trauma.
