My son is apparently not being allowed back in select because his girlfriend drove him across the street to the Thom Thumb. I understand that he shouldnt have left the hospital. But he was on pain meds and not thinking clearly. My question is with a guard at the door how was he allowed to leave the premises? I had to sign in and sign out every time I entered. Now he isnt allowed back there because of this. He is a liability. Is this not a little bit there fault also? Is there not a forgiveness policy? I honestly dont understand that they are the only facility of this type in the Pensacola area and will not even discuss it with me. It is a flat out NO!

We found my great aunt with her finger tips and toes purple her tempiture was 93 thats hhypothurmic teritory. She had to have emegency srugery when she complaned about her stomach hurting really bad due to them handling her so rough and slightly pulling her feeding tube out. So her adimine cavity was filled with food and now she has fungus in here blood. Its all thanks to these people my great aunt was doing way better before she came here there the reason shes on her death bed the staff dont care. So if you value your family dont take them here or they might be next.

Was told by Baptist Hospitals Sinu Unit it would be a great place for our grandmother. That she would be getting the rehabilitation she needed. She spent approx. a week there doped up and sleepy. The nurse lied to us about her treatment she was not getting! She DIED 6 days after being in Select Hospital.

My husband was sent there by West Florida Hospital after surgery because Select is a long term hospital. The nursing staff has been good. I do feel that they need to be more forthcoming with the patients family . We have been lied to on several occasions and they do not follow up on their promises.

As a paramedic that brought a new patient, they were very responsive to vrew and patient. Yhe facilities were bery pleasent and appeares to be in good repair. I van not attest to anything else.
