We received a bill but it wasnt itemized. Since I pay for my insurance and I pay for my husband and I I want an itemized statement so I can verify the services (because we ALL they over charge). When I called Billing they wont send me a statement because its my husbands and because of HEPA they wont do it for me. Even though Im the one who pays for it. Are they afraid SOMEONE ELSE IS GOING TO PAY MY BILL??? Because that would be a GREAT!!! I just want to know what Im being charged for before "I" can pay it before you send "us" to collections. Its "My" insurance, "I" pay for it and "I" pay the bill!!! So send me the bill. To the address you have on file!!! Its the same!!! Or go ahead and take me to court you bastards... Ill let the judge know!!! What a scam!!!

Went in for chest pains late at night (like 3 or 4 am). Receptionist was really nice and calming. Got in pretty quickly. Everyone was nice and quick and thorough, even tho it turned out to be nothing major, and they answered all my questions. She even gave me a psych recommendation and flyer since i was clearly over panicking (i do have a history of anxiety and have been meaning to find a new psych). Turned a bad night into a pleasant one!

The doctor I seen didnt do anything but put me in more pain than I was. if I could wait the extra 2-3days that she told me to see a doctor I wouldve but still got no answers at all.. this isnt the first time this has happened here and when I went to another hospital was diagnosed and helped.. they need new doctors all the way around.. doctors that actually care ones that arent in a hurry and actually care about what is really going on..

Dr helped me with medicine . No wait nice nurses, got right in and they got down to buisiness I did accidentally poop in my pants once while I was driving On 294 and I had to sit in my own stew for over 30 minutes before I could get off the toll road and find an acceptable bathroom I had poop in my pants and it was running down my leg I was very embarrassed when I stopped at the gas station to use the toilet, it was even in my socks.

This place is a joke. I walked in with excrutiating back pain, got a wheelchair and went to tx area. Doc ordered xray. 20 later i was discharged with pain meds. I had to request a wheelchair ride. I had to walk 100 yards with severe pain to my car.absolutely no empathy from doc or day nurse. I would not bring my dogs in here. Later after seeing a chiro, my back pain confirmed a tumor on my spine. Nice job er

You have no privacy when you go in here. You can hear the nurses gossiping rudely about you from your room, like the other patients can. As a pain patient, I will tell you not to go to this hospital. They will dismiss you and you will go to another hospital like Saint Marys and they will diagnose you and treat you with dignity.

Worst hospital Ive ever been to, in 2007 they almost killed me. They kept telling me I had mono for three weeks then pawned me off on another hospital, I then went into septic shock and mass organ failure. Was put on life support for 30 days and had a 12% chance to live... please avoid at all cost!!!

Worked my infant daughters foot over so hard getting bloodwork that the bandaid pulled all of the skin on her heel off...after 2 hours in an empty waiting room. Worth the extra drive to go to the valpo location in the future.

Thanks Dr. Bush and Portage Medical group for a great experience. This was my first time to the doctors office since I can remember. My visit was painless and I am glad I found a family doctor.

forget this guy i called to try to find a new doctor and was told he wasnt taking new patients. BS in my opinion, just turn away customers with good insurance and refuse them service.

Do not come here. Ive been here in the ER for 4 hours and had the doctor see me once and the nurse check in 3 times.
