Ok I go into ER for maybe my should being out of socket. Ended up being a cyst. Anyway they charged me $75.00 for the ER visit and another $40.00 for the xray of my shoulder. They recommend an orthopedic surgeon. 3 weeks later I get a bill from another company called Radiologic Associates of Northwest Indiana, PC for $39.00 for the xray. Pinnacle hospital never stated that I would be billed by a separate company for the xray. If I would have known this would happen then why did Pinnacle hospital charge me for a service that they do not perform themselves? Go here if you want ripped off. Until then I have an attorney that says I have a case against the hospital for charging me for a service that they so not perform themselves.

WORST URGENT CARE! My son had a rash on his face, and Pinnacle was the closest urgent care to my house, so we tried it.... BIGGEST MISTAKE! They have whichever doctor is available even if they know nothing about pediatrics! He diagnosed my son wrong and gave him a prescription our insurance wouldnt cover because he was too young for it. Also gave him antibiotics when he had a virus. And lastly, I was charged through my insurance for an emergency room visit instead of urgent care because it was coded as EMERGENCY ROOM-urgent care.

I just recently had a spinal cord stimulator put in my back at Pinnacle Hospital. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The hospital is a "doctor owned" hospital which is something different than Ive ever been used to being in. The rooms are very nice and clean and each person has their own room so you do not share a room with anyone else. If you are ever referred to go to Pinnacle Hospital to have a procedure done, go, you will not be disappointed! I know I wasnt!
