Its the worst hospital and ER Ive ever been too. 85% of people I know have been blown off or misdiagnosed.One friend came and still thought something was wrong and went to Hendricks regional and said if she hadnt made in time it couldve cost her life. One patient was gave another patient discharge papers and medication. Everyone in Greencastle knows not to go to Putnam unless they cant make it to Danville. Things need to change this needs to be a real Hospital with more quiafied Doctors. This hospital has become a joke!! This is serious you dealing with peoples health.

Both of my parents participated in the Swing Bed Program. For both of them, it was a welcome alternative to rehab/therapy at a nursing home. With a private room, & vert attentive staff, there was no comparison. We highly recommend it to anyone who has had a recent medical situation & physically isnt quite ready to go home.

I had Dr Turnak. Very unprofessional. Wouldnt even write me a non narcotic for my back pain. Not quite sure why she even became a doctor if she doesnt care. And the nurses are horrible. Especially a certain one with a nasty attitude and even basically called me a liar. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!

Went to emergency room at night and staff and male doctor extremely rude and unprofessional. Was misdiagnosed and a waste of trip. Will never go to this hospital again. My bill was outrageous for short time spent in emergency room also. I will always go to out of town hospital from now on !

Just had a mammogram done there. The intake person was great, and the radiology technician who did the mammogram was fantastic. I have always had great service from Putnam County Hospital, and I really appreciate having a hospital here in my hometown.

Worst experience of my life.. They held me down took my blood for like 10 minutes...i had to flip out twice for her to stop it! They lied about the anxiety pill they gave me too
