I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. My experience with this fine establishment started out simply enough. I made an appointment, which was a quick, cordial and painless process. I also got a friendly reminder call, on the day previous to the appointment. When came the day of the appointment, I got an unexpected call from their office, letting me know that there was an emergency. They had an animal there that had been rushed in and required immediate attention. They politely informed me that my appointment would have to be rescheduled and promised a timely call back to do so. They made good on their promise and rescheduled me for the very next day at a time that worked perfectly for me. To some this may have been upsetting but to me it illustrated compassionate, sensible medical care and devotion to their profession and patients in need. When I arrived with my two kitty girls in tow, I was happy to see a clean parking lot and grounds as I approached the office. Inside was no different. It was clean and welcoming. The ladies behind the desk were professional and friendly and the sign in process was quick, even though I was a first time patient and signing in two cats. I was taken in to the exam room right at the appointed time. The vet tech who initially looked over my kitty girls was polite and thorough, as was Dr. Thomas. They once again apologized for the necessary rescheduling and carefully and with compassion administered the vaccines I was there to get. They also found something I had forgotten to mention to them; that my cats had tapeworm. After a respectful conversation, without any pressure to buy any product or services, I was satisfied that Dr. Thomas and I had come to the proper conclusion for the care of my two ladies. I bought flea medicine and tapeworm medicine for a reasonable price using my Care Credit account to pay for the medicine and the visit. Not once did I have the slightest inkling I was being talked down to or talked into buying anything I did not truly need. All questions were intelligently answered. All concerns were politely addressed. Every person there was a proper professional. The whole process was positive and even fun at times. The other patients I encountered were nice as well. As I awaited the Care Credit transaction, I gave my cats a few treats from the free sample bag they had on the counter. On the way out the receptionist asked if I needed help with the door or carrying my little ladies out to the car. I had originally chosen this establishment because of its proximity to my home. I remember hoping that it would not be like many other veterinary offices I have encountered; where you must defend your pets, your psyche and your wallet from unnecessary procedures, medicine and guilt trips. None of my worries were realized and I left, honestly feeling better than I had when I arrived. All my expectations were surpassed, and I wholeheartedly endorse this veterinary office. I would drive many miles for care and service like this, but luckily it is literally just around the corner. Thank you to all the staff. I never thought a routine veterinary visit could make my day. But it did.

Minus zero stars...We took our kitty there 5 weeks ago he was very ill. Dr. Thomas took blood and gave him liquids and did an exam. She said she would call me the next day (Saturday, which I was grateful for). She had someone else call me and tell me his white blood cell count was up and he may have a bit of an infection. So we force fed him the antibiotics she prescribed and he did not respond. She never called to check on him. So we took him to the emergency pet hospital and they did an exam as well, they found that he had a large mass and needed a ultra sound to see what was going on, they found in the ultrasound he had two large masss one blocking his digestive system and a huge one on his pancreas. Im really not mad that she missed that but when I called for follow up care at 9:00am on Monday morning she could not take the time to call me back. Even after giving them the Info we received from the emergency hospital. I called again at 2:30pm to remind them that this is our kitty, our family...He is really sick. The reception apologized and said she was just to busy to call me back. REALLY?? Who does that?? She did finally call me back after I explained my disbelief to the receptionist and left me a message saying I should go back to the hospital where he was diagnosed. You are sooo fired!

I can not say enough about this Vet and Dr. Brock- I brought my very old Boxer (12yrs old) to see him after trying some other vets in Pinellas County- My dog had a lump on his back and he took a biopsy, called me with the results so I didnt have to come back in and be charged another visit- He didnt push trying to remove the tumor, actually said he wouldnt due to his heart arrhythmia. He saw him again when he was getting more sick and he ordered some blood work- again calling me with the results- pretty much a wait and see but his time was soon... Today we brought him back in as I knew in my heart, it was time, I wanted reassurance that I was making the right choice, he evaluated him, told us he felt it was time, and that we have to think about his quality of life... He is a GREAT Dr.. easy to talk to, thorough, and doesnt push surgeries or treatment that isnt necessary... His prices are reasonable and they take carecredit which was a huge help! His ofc staff are also so great to deal with. It will be a long time before we get another pet, but when we do, this is the only place I will take it! Thank you

The very first time I brought one of my pets to Dr Brocks office it was an emergency and they fit me in first thing in the morning. My female lab mix was very sick with a really high fever. Dr. Brock checked her and was not sure what was going on for sure but kept her that day and when I picked her up she was so much better already!! They gave me some medicines to give her and told me how to care for her and within a week she was all better!! My family and I will never go anyplace else, ever again! They genuinely care about the animals they care for and dont take advantage of someones love for their pet by price gouging. They are very reasonable and the care they give is geniune. My male dog doesnt like strangers and growls if anyone gets too close unless he is at Dr. Brocks!! It is the weirdest thing you have ever seen!! Most dogs hate going to the vet! Not mine!! Its the only place he DOES like to go!! Lol!! I have only been going there for the past 2 years but we all know each other by first name when I go in, the girls are amazing and so sweet! We LOVE Dr. Brocks!!!

I just want to extend my most sincere thanks to how kindly and compassionately Dr. Brock and his staff treated me and my senior golden, Cutter. After 16 1/2 years, he crossed over the rainbow bridge a couple of weeks ago. Up until then, I truly appreciated Dr. Brock and his no nonsense approach to treating whatever ailment Cutter developed. There were never any unnecessary tests or labs or exorbitant charges as with other vets Ive taken him to in the past. In fact, I moved to Tampa and continued to make the 45 min drive to see Dr.Brock. I only wish I found him sooner. I would recommend this facility without hesitation to anyone! Best in the Bay in my opinion!
