My jack Russell terrier Bella is my fur baby and I would not stop short to provide her the best care. Recently she started having back problems and I knew she was in pain and needed to see a vet. I am very particular about who I allow to care for her. I had used a "free first visit" deal to go to this animal hospital. I think its great that this was offered, its a chance to check a place out before you choose to make the place one you would feel confident and comfortable with. I was very impressed. Everyone that I encountered was so friendly and accommodating. The "first visit free" was a very through exam. I felt positive about it. When Bella started having problems, I wasted no time calling for an appointment and was offered one as soon as within the hour. The girls at the desk were great, I myself was a wreck. I was seen right away and I addressed my concerns. We came up with a plan of care and the doctor was so on top of the issues. The tech took her back for x-rays and I was so scared. Another tech game to update me on all that was going on back there, she was so reassuring. When the doctor returned with her x-ray and blood work results, he explained everything very patiently and provided the x-ray pictures and blood work report. He answered all my questions and concern with such kindness and compassion. I was so grateful and finally I had answers and a treatment plan. I realize you have to love animals to go into this field but rarely do you get to experience someone whose love for animals radiates from them. I am very picky and particular about her care and I was 100% satisfied and I whole heartedly recommend Towne Center Animal Hospital!

We first met Dr. Z when he was working at another vet office. We did not care for the service that we received from the other vet. Once Dr. Z cared for our pets ( we have three dogs ) we knew he was what we had been looking for. When he left that office we asked that staff where we could find Dr. Z, but they kept telling us that they didnt know where he had gone. Thank God we were able to find out that he had opened his own animal hospital in the area. Dr. Z is the best vet we have found in over 20 years. And his staff is also the best around. Everybody that works in that office gives 110 % to be sure that your pet receives the best care available. They treat everyone that comes into the office with kindness you wont find anywhere else. The moment you walk in and see how clean and spotless it is you will know you have come to the right place. We recently had one of our pets die and Dr. Z and his staff took care of everything that needed to be done making it so much easier on my wife and me. They also took care of all that was needed for the Cremation, and notified us when to pick up his remains. Again we cant thank Dr. Z and his staff enough for what they have done and what they continue to do. Thanks so very much from Steve and Rose Hippel

BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS VET PLEASE READ. I took my two month pittbull puppy to here feared that he had worms because he was experiencing a pot belly. We made an appointment and the test that was given to him came out negative. So I went ahead and got him up to date with his shots. Three to four days later my puppy wasnt moving at all. All he could do was look up at me with his head flat on the ground. That same day this vet was closed so I took him to a emergency hospital to find out that he was infested with hook and round worm. They had sucked his blood so much that they offered us euthanasia because they didnt think he would survive the night. I decided against the euthanasia and luckily my dog survived till the next morning and go treated by means of blood transfusion. The medical bills added up to be about 900 dollars. this doctor claimed nothing was done wrong by his staff or himself and claimed no responsibility for my dog almost dying. Then after my incident my friends puppy was killed by the same worms that infected my dog after going to this vet. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET! I wish there was a no star option cause it doesnt deserve the one star.

I am 69 yrs old, have been taking pets to different Vets for 50 years and I can say without 1 second of hesitation that Dr.Z is the absolute best Vet I have ever been to in my life. He kept a yellow lab we had alive for 7 years. She had Seizures, Diabetes,Joint problems, stomach problems and she had to have a growth surgically removed.Through all of the years Dr. Z treated our lab he always took ALL !! the time WE needed to explain the problems and he always gave us options.Dr. Z and his remarkable staff were always there for us. We now have a 16 week old yellow lab puppy that has been to see Dr.Z 3 times for her shots, she loves him to the point of him having a hard time leaving the room without her following him. When Sarah is working our lab goes crazy to get to her. Cindy is always there for us for any calls we make to Dr. Z and she always gives me a call to remind me of any appointments. Long story short if you do not believe me believe your pet when you take them to see Dr. Z and his staff they can see in a second what it takes a human a lifetime to figure out.

We moved to area from New York several months ago, and needed to get our dog Bella updated on her rabies vaccines and bordetella. Towne Center Animal Hospital came highly recommended by Bellas daycare (yes we are those people who send the dog to daycare), and I have to say I was not disappointed. Conveniently located, it is extremely clean and surprisingly (unlike our vet in New York) does not have a run down/dingy/unclean look or smell about it. Inside is immaculately clean looking and smelling to the point where I would have no problem bringing my 1 year old daughter with me to the vet. Dr. Z and his staff are all extremely nice and easy going people who you can tell take a lot of pride in what they do. They always take very good care of my Bella. Theyre prices are much better than my NY vet. Overall extremely pleased and would highly recommend checking them out if you need care for a furry family member.

After nightmare experiences with two other vets, (one insisted they sedate my GSD every time I brought him), I was fortunate to find Dr. Z and his kind, compassionate staff. We adopted a 3rd GSD and she was already an established patient, so we thought, why not give this place a try for our other two?! Weve been nothing but pleased by the personal service weve received. They are all professional and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate the fact that its not easy bringing three grown GSDs to the office at the same time! They all worked together, and made the visit go like we had practiced it! Even my one GSD that the other vet insisted on sedating was licking the girls and behaving like a gentleman! No sedating necessary! The office and waiting areas are immaculate & their prices are great! I highly recommend Dr. Z and his staff.
