I was a patient of another Dr. who was not listening to me. My Primary suggested Dr. Goodman. After my first visit, I was so relieved, I felt I finally have a Dr. that listened. I was very sick, needed surgery and things were truly complicated. Considering everything I had to encounter at that time Dr. Goodman was exceptionally patient. She made me feel extremely comfortable, explained everything, giving me the best and worst scenario. Its been almost 12 years, She works very well with other Doctors and saved my life. Dr. Goodman is such a "Sweetheart," She will go over and beyond for her patients. I wish there were more like her, EXCELLENT DOCTOR!

Called trying to set appointment, took 9 calls to get someone on the phone. Earliest appointment is 3 months out. I am trying to change doctors, and my birth control prescription runs out this month. No earlier available appointments under any condition is what the receptionist said before she HUNG UP on me.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! YOU HAVE TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, AND ONCE YOU GET THERE YOUR WAITING ATLEAST AN HOUR! THE RECEPTIONIST IS HORRIBLE SHE WILL PICK UP THEN HANG UP ON YOU! OVERALL THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND KATHLEEN GOODMAN IS JUST THE WORST DOCTOR AND ALWAYS BACKED UP.

Dr. Goodman is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I cant imagine anyone giving HER a bad review. She is a doctor by vocation and truly cares about her patients. I dont know of any doctors office that has a great wait time. She gives everyone the attention they deserve.
