Billing Manager (Mrs. Sepulveda)/ Lead Office team lack compassion for patient needs & will prevent you from getting pertinent results from doctor if you dont pay in full up front! Even if no prior notification is provided & you are quoted a different copay initially. My first encounter with Dr. Sepulveda was back in 2004/2005. He was always welcoming and attentive to my healthcare issues. I finally became a step closer to obtaining medical advice for Interstitial Cystitis/ Painful Bladder Syndrome after 2+ years of uncertainty. For that I will be forever grateful... Fast forward to July/ August 2017. I was referred back to Dr. Sepulvedas office for bladder urodynamics in anticipation for upcoming surgery with another gynecologist. What should have been a couple of visits turned into 4 visits over 5 weeks. Copay was paid as quoted initially for each visit. Today (8/16/17) the date scheduled to receive my results of tests performed, I was prevented from final consultation with Dr. Yabagal (partner with Dr. Sepulveda). Instead of $15 copay as previously stated, I was told pay $225 first or reschedule. As billing manager stated, "these results are not an emergency". Maybe not for her, but for someone with increasing pelvic pain from fibroids the results were very much an emergency for scheduling surgery. Needless to say, I will miss Dr. Sepulveda; however, I refuse to give business to an office with such practices.

Unprofessional staff, terrible experience. Not even worth the 1 star. When I called to make my appointment the very first thing I did was verify my insurance over the phone. I specified which type I had and they confirmed they accepted that. I did that actually TWICE with two different individuals. I waited over TWO MONTHS for an appointment- they called me two days prior and cancelled as the doctor had an emergency- fine, no problem. They rescheduled for a couple days later and ALSO cancelled that appointment. I was patient and understanding that emergencies do happen but also reminded them over the phone I was in an out of urgent care for issues I had been having and was waiting specifically to see this doctor. I showed up for the third try at an appointment- completed the paperwork all for them to call me up and say they do not accept the insurance. Instead of being apologetic and possibly advising me of other options to pay out of pocket or refer me to another specialist the ladies up front denied that I verified my insurance over the phone. I asked for the office manager Maria- to which they said she wasnt there to help me. Disappointed- the least they could have done was have the doctor give me just 5 minutes of his time considering all the time Ive wasted waiting to be seen. Would not recommend you waste your time with a doctor who could care less for patients time or health.

I had been to this place for a checkup for my wife, Dr. Sujata was really caring and helped us with our queries. However, the Front Office/Billing Department are only focused on getting the patients money. They first postponed our appointment to a different date stating that the doctor would not be available for that week and we also agreed to it. We were not able to make it to the revised schedule and got a NO SHOW bill for 50$. Most healthcare facilities give a call 1 day prior to the appointment to confirm the same but nothing of that sort happened(especially this being a appointment that they had rescheduled since the doctor was available). By doing this, they are only proving how money-minded they are and in turn get a bad name to the Doctor as well. I am planning to pay that 50$ and close any association with this healthcare center.

Dr Sepulveda performed surgery about 13-14 years ago on my Mom for a prolapsed bladder problem. He was terrific and the surgery was a success.
