I am almost 42 years old. I still can get pregnant very easy and using this bless that God gave to me, I have being trying by best to have a baby. I got pregnant and try to set up my appointment with this doctor. They said they accept new patient however they do not have appointment available. They scheduled my appointment with the other doctor in there ( Eliana Perez) she is a nice person, however in their office, hard to get her too. I was 9 weeks pregnant and have lost the baby. They really did not care about by problem, still hard to see them even I was having this problem, I have to wait 3 days to talk to a human bean in there. After the procedure in the hospital, Dr Jimenez was supposed to see me to explain about what was done. He just disappeared and I even calling him on his office.. I could not see him for 1 month. And.. finally they have recommended me to see an specialist, because I have told him from the beginning that this last one was the second time I have missed the baby. I got pregnant after 4 Month again. .. and this was the worse time I had with those doctors. When I found I was pregnant, I was also bleeding. I called them and the receptionist just told me they did not had any appointment before 1 month. I have explained her my problem and she said the nurse was going to call me to try any sooner appointment. She called by the end of the day and just asked me to go there next day and have a blood test. The next day was a Tuesday; She said I would get the results next day. When I got there and had the test done.. the receptionist said the results was going to be for Friday ( 3 days after even I was kind of loosing the pregnancy). My bleeding start to increase, I was calling them.. but just reached the receptionist and she insist that she could not do anything... the nurse had to call me back by the end of the day... 3 ends of the day passed and she never called me... Since Friday came and by them I was suppose to get the blood test results (which was not going to be valid with all the clots I was having) I still call them... same message - The nurse have to call you by the end of the day. I have insisted that I need my results.. and that my bleeding was increasing.. so the receptionist told me to go to the emergency on the hospital those doctors works. I got there by 1:00PM ( Friday)... and had to wait until 2:30AM (Saturday) to be attended. The doctor in just told me to see an specialist ( Jimenez). And asked to rest for 2 days ( Saturday and Sunday) I called Dr Jimenez on Monday the entire day.. and just reach the receptionist all the time which told me that she could not do any thing and I need to wait for the nurse to call me back. I still did not got her call from the last Friday as they told me they was going to give a results that I have made on last Tuesday ( 7 days ago). End of day on this Monday came... to call, no new appointment to see the doctor, no answer from any results.. I have already get the home pregnancy test again... and the result now was NEGATIVE - I have already loose the baby completely and they never see me or call me for any thing. definitively, I have to find another doctor

Called and got hung up on 4 times. Heading there now. I will edit if the experience is better than the nonsense experienced so far. *Edit* From 1 star to 4. I saw Sylvia and Dr. Jimenez and they completely made up for the poor customer service from the receptionists on the phone AND in real life. I would definitely recommend seeing these doctors. Nevertheless, something needs to be done about reception asap. They are the initial faces of the company.

This office/ Doctor has a problem with schedules. My appointments were rescheduled many times with several weeks in between. I ended up finding another doctor, but I lost months trying to work with them. Based on the comments from other patients sitting in the waiting room, this is a common problem for them.
