I have a complicated case and Dr. Hernandez always explained me the situation, the options I had to get pregnant, and most important he listened to what my husband and I wanted. He couldnt promise anything but he said that if there was a chance and we wanted to go for it, he would go for it with us ! That was enough for us to trust him and have faith. And now I am 10 weeks pregnant ! He is a very kind person who takes the time to talk with his patients, he also has a very well trained and very dedicated team who supports him. ( Gina, Manuela, Alejandra, Britney, all great nurses and great people !) The embryologist is an excellent person and professional who takes care of every detail and explains you all the process. He was there during the retrival and the transfer and gave us a lot of support. I have no more than good things to say about my experience with Dr. Hernandez and his team.

Bue am relatively starting my way with this doctor I confess I am not an easy patient, I ask many questions, I am very annoying because I want to know everything and even researched and then debato, when I do not respond as I show up there and now even my name know when they see me and always with a smile when you could tell me there is this lady to annoy again but no! I always get very kindly and despite all this intensity neither he nor his team have never lost patience with me. The day I got the news was devastating for me and although surely for them this should be "normal" by the amount of people who will surely go through the same as everyone tried their way to hug and give me words of encouragement. My husband & I have seen Dr Hernandez-Rey since January 2016. Its been the best experience! Our first meeting was a consultation where all our questions were answered & our next steps towards trying to conceive was given. We had some blood work done, some in office by the very professional & friendly staff. I had an ultrasounds done, also in a very comfortable environment. Our results concluded I needed some ( 13 or so ) fibroids removed. In April, Dr Hernandez-Rey preformed the surgery with much success :) Ive recovered well and my scar is barely visible. Im telling you, this DR is amazing! Now, we have one more test to complete before trying to conceive on our own. Im happy to have found Conceptions, Dr Hernandez-Rey & his amazing staff.

My experience was SUPERB!!!!, I was a patient of Dr. Sinem Karipcin, ( Dr. Hernandez partner), she did a very thorough medical history, which led a the perfect treatment and medication for my condition ( PCOS). Dr Karipcin is very nice and soft spoken, she explained everything in detail, and timed my insemination perfectly. Im now 7 weeks pregnant 9 on my fist insemination cycle) and could not be happier with the results. The staff at the office are all very nice, never had any complaint. Overall great experience, and the prices ( for an out of pocket patient ) at least for insemination are not crazy high.

We went to see Dr. Hernandez about a year ago and after a few exams we realized that we could not afford to continue with any of the studies. A YEAR after our last visit, I receive a bill from his office saying that I have to pay them the copay for an exam and since I dont have any receipts, they told me I was still responsible. Who keeps receipts after a year? Im very disappointed that a doctors office is coming after patients with charges that are almost impossible to arguee after a year. If I had been contacted within weeks or months, but a year! That is too much.

I would recommend Dr. Hernandez to anyone looking to become a mom. He and his staff are very professional. He is a very kind person and i trust him since the first moment when he takes the time to explained me the situation and the options I had to get pregnant. Today, I am 38 weeks!!!, He was taking care of me and my baby during my first trimester and the experience was amazing. I want to say THANK YOU Dr Hernandez and I have no more than good things to say about him and his staff.

Dr. Hernandez-Rey is very knowledgeable, capable, good listener, and compassionate. He has helped me through my IVF journey and I am very grateful for working with me regardless of my low ovarian reserve. We dont know what the future holds, I hope I can report at some point that I was able to conceive a healthy baby, but meanwhile I am thankful to him and his staff for accompanying me through this process.

I dont recommend this Doctor. The surgery he made to my wife was unnecessary and much more expensive, invasive and traumatic than the one he should have been performed according with the medical protocol established for her case. Just look for a second opinion before taking any decision.

Dr. Hernandez-Rey is very professional and at the same time very caring and compassionate. He gives you hope and will literally hold your hand if needed. I truly believe he is the best in his field and I cant imagine going through this process with any other doctor.

Recovery Palms

These people are horrible. IVF Coordinator will violate all your privacy rights. They present you with a contract for a set rate. They sucker you into signing it and then hit you with many other charges. Going online and research there medical staff. Big Scam.
