My wife was ordered some exams and NEVER received the results after several calls made to the office and the staff dont know anything, every time you call is "they will be ready next week. It has past a whole year and the havent get the results yet, but the payment from the insurance its already in their pockets. Staff is very rude and shouldnt be working with the public if they dont have the patient to deal with them. Also, Dr. Tamayo should be more respectful with patients as well, as a professional she should conduct herself as it. She treated my wife like she was her daughter. This attitude is completely inappropriate from a health care provider. Never will recommend this office.

Giving them one star because its the lowest rating possible. Completely incompetent and rude staff. Both the doctor and medical assistant give you the run around with any question you ask making it obvious they dont know the answer. Also never received lab and test results. The office does not follow up with you. On top of that, the doctor speaks to you very judgmentally and like a child, making the visit very uncomfortable.

Thieves !! Its a miserable service And place . They dont care about you heathy they care about the money !!!! Thats what they do!!!!! I called to talk and fix my problem and the secretary that get the calls didnt want to assist and help and she "put " the call on wait !!! To dont listen my problem and complain !! Thats 0 professional !!!! Find another job because like this nobody is going to deal with you !!!
