Was referred by my gynecologist to have an in office procedure done for low price as I am a college student on a budget . I dont like how they make their first appointment at 8:30, they dont open the doors even until 8:30 then when youre signing in you see half the other people waiting are there to see the same doctor . Dr. Ralph is super kind and knowledgeable, and honestly would go to him instead of my own gyno if it werent for the extremely outdated office . The surgical room had a light flickering like it was about to burn out any second . They left me in there by myself for 10-15 minutes while all the metal tools were out that they were about to send up into my "who-ha" which was very uncomfortable to look at . Not to mention the room looked like a unsterile, old , dirty room that doubled as a supplies closet . Not my first , second , or third suggestion for in office procedures unless you wanna feel like youre about to be in a scene of a horror movie.

Subpar care at best. Waited over an hour. Was not given any proper expectations with respect to the medication I was prescribed (birth control). When called about abnormal spotting-I was spoken to very condescendly "oh honey, thats normal" Then why wasnt that explained to me prior? Doc recommended a mammogram and sonogram. I never received the mammogram referra nOr was appointment set for the sonogram, even after I followed up re: the sonnogram. 25 yrs of seeing GYNO and first time i have evee received over $650 in lab bills. I would highly not recommend this office or this doctor.

Not only did they waste my time and money with a surgery that didnt help my condition whatsoever, their customer service is always terrible, on the phone and in person. Also, they discharged me from their practice without calling me, just sending a letter to my old address that never got delivered to my current residence. When I called for a rx refill Donna explained that they wont write it for me and Im no longer their patient and then hung up on me without letting me reply. Do yourself a favor and dont ever go to this office, Dr. Wahid especially.

Barbara is the rudest office staff person with whom I spoken in 40 years of nursing. I will NEVER refer my patients to this practice. When we attempted to get a referral for diagnostic testing she did not even offer any words of concern. When I called back to discuss further, she was even more abrupt. I then said we were never coming back she replied, Oh, thats so fine. I hope that Dr. Ralph reads these reviews and realizes that his miserable staff has sabotaged a young patient long term care with him....and she has GREAT insurance.

I would not recommend anybody to go to dr.ralph he is a horrible miserable doctor i switched out his office almost 2 years ago due to his recepitionist being very rude i tried to come back to see the lady obgyn and they told me i cannot see her they had me sitting for over an hour.Total womens center is horrible dr.ralph does not care for his patients only the money and the lady thats under him as well poor respect for th clients tell your business to anybody i do not recommend anybody
