Terrible experience. Facility is very dirty. Supporting staff is unprofessional. Has surgery in Dr. Epsteins "in house surgical center" which is really just a tiny, dirty, exam room. I was sent to the staff break room with the option to lay on the dirty floor or sit in a desk chair for recovery after the procedure!!!! Come to find out the procedure was not done well and had to have the surgery performed for a second time by a different doctor. Dr. Epstein did offer to perform the 2nd procedure however, I would never allow him to work on me again! After having the second procedure performed by a creditable doctor in a hospital I realized how terrible my experience with Dr. Epstein really was!!! VERY SCARY! LESSON LEARNED! DO YOUR HOMEWORK PRIOR TO GOING TO THIS PRACTICE.

DO NOT GO TO SEE THIS DOCTOR. His office is dirty and disorganized. You will wait over and hour because he is always "double or triple booked". He had the worst attitude and bedside manner I have ever encountered. He has no compassion for whatever you are going through and will talk to you like he doesnt have the time to waste on you. No wonder they make you pay the copay before he sees you. I guarantee you can find a much better doctor with whatever insurance you have. Drive the extra 5+ miles to anyone else. I cannot trust this doctor and I will NEVER go to him again.

One of the worst doctors office in have visited, walked in and the smell was horrible not to mention the girl at the front desk was rude, waited 1 hour past my appointment time. Then they tried to tell me I have to pay $220 just for an initial visit so that I can receive my depo shot. When I called the number for my insurance they stated as long as it is a preventative care I should not have to pay. I dont know why I expected any better they are located across from Florida medical. They dont even deserve the one star.

One star is too generous. Dr. Epsteins office is a joke, its a cluttered mess, and all his equipment is antiquated. My fiance and I had a horrible experience there. Were in the process of finding a new doctor at 20 weeks pregnant! Thanks for the added stress Doc! If you can, go elsewhere. This place isnt worth the time or stress. All the 1 star reviews are completely accurate. This guy needs to retire. Hes sloppy, unapologetic, unprofessional, and doesnt care about his patients. Dont take it from me, do your research!

The environment wasnt all that but I had a wonderful experience with them . The doctor was always there for his appointments and if there was a delivery, you will be informed. They let you know everything from tge first day.He didnt look friendly on the first day but loosened up the next visit. Friendly staff. Prompt with email response. They dont make you visit every time for no reason . Good listener and solution provider. Glad with the whole experience.

The worst manners I have ever incounted . I have been in pain since I saw him yesterday morning. I walked in with no pain and left there having to take pain meds. Will NEVER NEVER go back to him . Anyone who asks all I can say I dont know how he still has a licence.
