Review Update: I have updated my review and changed the rating to reflect Dr. Karmins dedication to customer satisfaction and excellent follow-up. We had a minor issue with billing but she took care of the problem ASAP. Thank you. If you need to see an OB/GYN who truly cares, then look no further. Fast appointments, excellent care, and great follow-up. Original Review: Dr. Randye Karmin is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, courteous and has a great bedside manner. I accompanied my wife to see her and follow up on her miscarriage because she doesnt speak or understand English very well and usually ends up misunderstanding her diagnosis. It turns out I didnt even need to accompany her because Dr. Karmin worked with her to help her understand her conditions and reassure her. Her experience was positive and we would leave a 5 star rating for her excellent performance.

Thought my visits were pleasant at first but after a few more visits I have felt The service was very impersonal, I had a examination in less then five minutes it was ridiculous. I paid my copayment and was charged on the card on file again because they undercharged supposedly and charged the same fee three weeks after my visit! Each time Ive called for questions on different occasions the staff is usually irritated, answering very hastily and blunt.
