Wish I could give them a 0 start review. Medicaid switched my pregnant girlfriend over to another HMO without giving her notice and Physicians To Women refused to accept the HMO she was switched to and she was told she would need to switch back to Humana in order to continue receiving care. This caused her to miss one appointment as she was unable to pay out-of-pocket. After she switched back to Humana we got a notice from Physicians to Women that they were no longer accepting Humana in less than 2 weeks! Now they want her to switch to yet another HMO, which she is not possible for her to do. Absolutely ridiculous, this place claims to care for their patients yet they have shown total disregard for my girlfriend and our unborn child and we are now forced to find a new doctor 6 months into her pregnancy due to this. In addition to this the care that she received was always sub-par and she was often greeted with nasty attitudes and short responses to questions that any woman would have during her first pregnancy. ***UPDATE*** My girlfriend was called by Physicians to Women and asked if she had read what I wrote on Facebook. They told here they were "Very Upset" to read my review and they are disappointed to read it. WOW, now on top of all of the crap that we are having to go through do to them, they are calling to complain to my pregnant girlfriend over me addressing my complaints on a review on a public site. Rather than apologize for the issues they have caused and see how they can help, they are now trying to make her feel bad for me voicing my opinion. After speaking to several co-workers who have recently children I have been informed that they have also had issues with this place - I wish I had known this from the get-go and we would have never decided to go here.

Extremely disappointed. Very impersonal, unfriendly, not treated as a patient but as another number. For my annual check up, they didnt even bother to ask me to step on a scale, just said, oh well you know your weight, what is it, and just wrote whatever I said it is. I ve been with Physician to Women for 15 years. Every year it was getting worse and worse. This time my appointment was with Dr. Rawlins. Cold, not friendly, and belittling; she could not answer any of my questions, referred for all questions to primary physician. Said she will give me references, never followed up. Said will call in prescription, I came to pharmacy to pick it up, Rx was never called in. I left several messages, never received a call back. While calling, was put on hold, and they hanged up on me several times. Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional, and they make you feel that you greatly annoy them and inconvenience them. How about some customer service training ?Would not recommend this office or this doctor !

I have been continuously disappointed with the service and attention at Physicians to Women. I have finally scheduled a new patient appointment elsewhere and I hope Ill be happier there. PTW never treated me as an important patient but as just another number. The Drs and employees there never recognized me even the Dr who delivered my first baby! Maybe the Drs should check the charts before seeing a patient to realize that, "Hey! I delivered your baby a few months ago!" The last straw was when I called to reschedule a missed appointment, I was placed on hold but could still hear the conversation of the scheduler - bad mouthing me to her coworkers!! I called her out on it and said I would not be returning to their office and she didnt even apologize. I was shocked and obviously I will never be going back to that office. Its such a shame that they are the only provider to deliver at Martin Memorial Stuart.

Since moving to Palm City I never thought Id be able to find another doctor like the one I left in NY. Upon walking into the office for my first visit I was greeted by the friendliest of staff members, a warm waiting area, and clean facility. I then met with Dr. Rawlins assistant, Casey. Omg what a sweet heart! I immediately felt a sense of relief. Just when I thought things couldnt possibly get any better, in walks Dr. Rawlins. Super friendly, extremely professional and a fabulous sense of humor. I felt such a great connection with her and most importantly she laughs at my jokes. Im so grateful for finding this practice and feel blessed that found Dr. Rawlins.

It was a struggle to get an appt I called around 11am and then again at 2pm, they kept saying I would be told that day when I could have an appt. They didnt tell me until the next day. When I went my appt was at 2 had to wait tIll 2:30 to be seen. I was told I was fine and they wanted me to come back once a week for blood work. I refused since I cant afford it, now I get a call and I might not be ok I need more blood work. If you dont want answers to change I dont recommend coming here. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Physicians to Women informed me I had a non-payment issue with my account. I didnt think this sounded correct, so I talked with the billing department. They assured me they would look into it and get back to me by the end of the week. Not only did they research and resolve the issue but returned my call within 24 hours to let me know the situation had been taken care of. Thank you Physicians to Women staff for caring about your patients!

Glad I read reviews before calling to make an appointment...as a patient, you want to be treated with care and compassion, especially seeing that we women are going in due to our private areas...the icing for me was the guys review that had th3 pregnant girlfriend who later received a call form the office asking her if she had read his review on social media. Cherry.

I brought my mom there a few days ago and was told that she would not be seen after a long drive. Prior i was told that she would be seen. One of the front desk staff had an attitude. I would not recommend this place to any women. I dont know what is wrong with those people there. Youre better off looking elsewhere.

Terrible experience! Had to switch doctors offices due the THEM changing healthcare providers and they are refusing to send records over - They keep claiming that they will send it over and give me a nasty attitude every time I call. So much for caring for your patients.

I have been going to Physicians To Women for over 25 years. I have nothing but really great things to say about them. Their office staff, nurses, and doctors are exceptional at what they do, very professional and extremely caring. Thank you Physicians To Women!

I have always received the best treatment from their doctors and staff. I have been a patient for 17 years and dont plan on going anywhere else. They are always quick to get me in for appointments and both offices are always very punctual and always friendly!!
