Be careful of this office. After being his patient for over 10 years, I was unceremoniously informed by his very rude new receptionist that they no longer accepted my insurance. (Medicare with a secondary blue cross and blue shield).this was announced, not just to me, but to everyone else in the waiting room. When I asked for my records, I was told that they were not mine, that they belonged to the doctor, and I would have to pay for them.this was all accompanied by large amounts of eye rolling and smirking. Quite an embarrassing experience.

I got my life back! After seven years, 3 doctors, and a visit to the ER, I had nearly lost hope. Dr. Friedenstab was the only doctor who took me seriously. He carefully and thoughtfully listened to my many complex symptoms. I was correctly diagnosed and treated immediately. I am no longer in terrible pain and once again able to enjoy everyday life! If I could give this doctor and his wonderful staff 10 stars I would! A. Ainsley

I wish my other doctors took as complete a survey of my overall health and other problems. By gathering more information I believe the doctor better understood my needs and also encourage me to get my Mamo, and Colonoscopy. The office was pleasant and helpful, even when I got snappy about something, they remained calm and kind. A.G.
