My regular doctor recommended Dr. Augustino for what I was looking for so I thought itd be fine but Ive had terrible experiences with this office every time I try contacting them. 1. I called to make an appointment and when I was giving my insurance information I was kept on a hold and eventually the call ended. I called again and kept getting hung up on. I figured somebody was having a bad day or were new and not sure what to do so I just made an appointment online. 2. When I finally talked with Dr. Augustino, although he was nice, he wasnt able to truly explain to me the difference between the different birth controls (diff. IUDs v. the rod, etc). I left the office with more questions than when I entered. 3. I was supposed to receive results within a month and never got a call, when I called back 6 weeks after my exams for the results, I had to call back 3 times (after leaving messages throughout the week) to finally get results. 4. When I asked again about the different IUDs, the woman I spoke with made it seem like I was inconveniencing her so much by asking what the difference between hormonal IUDs and non-hormonal IUDs. When I asked what the hormones do, she answered: "The hormones keep you from getting pregnant." So, the non-hormonal IUDs do... what? 5. I was supposed to hear back in the next week about pricing and its now been 2 weeks and Ive tried calling Millie (thats who I was told I was supposed to speak with), but she has been out to lunch or Ive been kept on hold for 15+ minutes before getting transferred to a mailbox without getting a call back. I hate leaving negative reviews, but other than the Dr. being a nice person, all of my interactions with this office (Weston) have been incredibly poor.

I waited for over an hour just for a routine pap it was insane, on top of them just calling me on my cell and telling me I had precancerous cells and not wanted them to talk anymore. Also there appointments are not flexible what so ever! Yet the dr is very good as well as being very professional and knowledgeable if you can surpass the rest of the nonsense

I saw Dr. Augistino for a routine PAP exam. His office is large, staff was very friendly. Exam was quick and he addressed my concerns. It seems like a very busy practice. Perhaps my only hesitation to utilize him as an OB is that he seems to have so many patients. I would like someone with a smaller practice, less patients - if that exists.
