I adore Dr. Facey , she always listens and never rushes me. She gives me the time of day and is personal. However, her staff is absolutely horrible. If you call, I hope you have time to be on the phone for 20 or more hours while it rings. When it does pick up, I hope you also have the patience to deal with her demonic little trolls at the front desk that are there to NOT assist you. I think they think they are being paid to be as STUPID as can be. While Dr Facey is great, being able to get in touch with her is important especially when you are pregnant and panicking. Staff is everything to your business unfortunately. Youre only as strong as your weakest link.

I am 37 years old and tried a few gynecologist in my life but none compare to Dr. Facey by far. She is the sweetest, kindest, most respectfull women I have had a chance to admire for the little time I get to be in her office, which is never having to wait more than one hour unlike a lot of other places I have been to. She always makes me feel super comfortable in her presence with any concerns I have trusting in her to always give me the best advice. The staff is also just as kind and helpful. The best OB/GYN ever...The staff is amazing. Dr Facey and staff ensures all her patients are well cared for. Four years ago I was rushed to the ER on a Saturday afternoon and the Dr there hadnt seen anything like my case. She called Dr Facey who was out shopping at Costco and believe me when I said she immediately rushed to the hospital to attend to me. That is serious dedication. Been going to her for over 12 years ❤❤

I Love Dr.Facey, I meet her and her Staff, 11 years ago. I was having a problem, and after 2 years of other Drs not doing what was best for me. I walked into Dr. Faceys office, it took Her all of two weeks to do what the others could not do. I owe so much to Dr. Facey. She and her Staff are so WONDERFUL!!!!! I LOVE them all.
