MOST UNETHICAL, MANIPULATING AND SNEEKY DR!! Dr. Bradley has been my GYN for roughly 2-3 years. I only go to Dr. Bradley for my annual well woman check (covered @ 100% by your insurance) since I have a PCP for any other issues. I went in for my annual well woman check (pap smear and breast exam) in January and left. Nothing was discussed with Dr. Bradley. 30 min later I received a call from her office advising that the Dr. wanted me to have a breast ultrasound (assuming she felt something b/c she NEVER said anything to me during the visit). OK thats fine and her staff faxed me my prescription. Fast forward 2-3 months I receive a bill for $60. Being that I do the billing for a GYN and handle insurance all day everyday I knew the $60 was my office copay. I did not have a visit with the Dr. She said NOTHING TO ME THE WHOLE VISIT. So I contacted her office regarding this bill and was advised by her front office staff that the Dr. added a diagnosis which caused by $60 copay to apply. Now that was a LIE!! The only way my copay would have been triggered is if Dr. Bradley billed an office visit along with my annual well woman and after contacting my insurance that is exactly what she did. That was very sneaky and manipulating of Dr. Bradley!!! She did not spend any face to face time with me and certainly did not discuss anything with me, but decided to bill my insurance as if she did. VERY UNETHICAL! I eventually spoke with Dr. Bradley and she apologized and stated she "should have been clear with me". I thought once I had this conversation with the Dr. the $60 would be written off. NOPE! I received a call from her office asking me about paying the bill or setting up the payment plan and if not my account would go to collection. I refuse to pay a bill for services that WERE NOT RENDERED! Needless to say Ive decided to no long be a patient of Dr. Bradley and requested that my medical records to be sent to another gynecologist (Dr. Michelle Starke). Her staff advised me even though the medical records are going to another provider I would still have to pay $1 per page! I have never heard of being charged to have my records being sent to another provider and I work for a doctor!! She is a sneaky, manipulating liar and I do not wish this trouble on anyone else.

Absolutely hands down the worst treatment Ive ever received. She was 3 hours late to my prenatal and her first question was "where is your husband" after I told her I was not with anyone and indeed alone for the appt. she didnt go over any of my meds and when I complained of UTI symptoms she told me it was probably just a yeast infection and to take monistat. I told her I already had been taking that medication and it wasnt working; instead of doing an in office urinalysis or validating my symptoms she rushed me out without answering any questions. I continued to call and never got a call back and a week or two later I continued to call about my routine lab work done at quest and when she finally answered and decided to check on my labs she told me to go to the ER. Turns out I was right I had a UTI and it spread to my kidneys. I almost lost my left kidney as well as the baby. If I had not continued to call and beg for medical attention and advice I would have been in worse shape. I have been in the hospital for 3 days/nights now and I will be here for a while longer. She was extremely dismissive of me - Im not sure if its because I look younger than I am or if its because I was alone. I was extremely polite as I usually am even under the bad treatment. Im 24, educated and kind and yet I am now in terrible shape because of her dismissive and rude demeanor as well as the incompetence towards my illness and symptoms. I have read many reviews saying she had been prejudice and racist towards white islanders and people that were not Spanish or African American. I did not even think of that nor did I want to even believe it but now Im wondering if it is true or if she is just a mean woman lacking true compassion- however she seemed to treat other patients with completely different care. Ive never been so angry with a medical professional! Its one thing to put me at risk but putting my unborn child at risk is completely disgusting behavior for an OB.

I met Dr. Bradley many years ago. I believe she had recently started her practice. She was very attentive to me and my health problems. I wasnt dealing with a pregnancy but she helped me so much in maintaining a healthier lifestyle to cease my female problems. She found part the problem was meds that a previous physician had me on was the culprit, immediately stopped me from taking them, prescribed not only better meds that were safe, but taught a healthier way to eat and to beaware of foods that would cause a problem. I love her. It was my insurance company that changed and I could no longer have her as my physician. Her practice has grown since then. I believe that is the reason someone posted a review that Dr. Bradley office has a long wait time. Well thats what happens when you are truly a loving, caring doctor as she. Many visit her practice. Keep up the blessed work you do Dr. Bradley.

Dr. Bradley is amazing. She has many years of experience and this being my first pregnancy, I have trusted her from the beginning. Her practice is welcoming and relaxing - she cares about the patient experience. Shes very intelligent and honest, and is balanced with kindness and humility. I am blessed to have met her and to have been under her care these last six months. I have recommended her to all my friends - one of which recently visited her and had a wonderful experience as well.

Felt very impersonal. As though I was a number in a waiting room. When calling re a serious concern was told there was nothing she could do nor was she able to give you an alternative remedy much less a referral. I am from the islands and white and have never felt so prejudiced upon

I enjoyed my visits with Dr. Bardley, that is, when I actually got to SEE her. She is a fantastic doctor but, she would book like 4 appointments at the same time. I would end up waiting like 2 hours in order to be seen. I couldnt stand the wait!!! It was rediculous!

Dr. Bradley is so incredibly warm and attentive. I remember how nervous I was when I delivered my son two years ago. She made my husband and I feel so reassured!!! Id recommend Dr. Bradley to anyone! :)
