I have gone to this office three times. my first was for a regular pap and check up, I was seen by dr jurado. wait time in the waiting room wasnt so bad, but after i was called into the room the wait time exceeded 20 mins. The dr came in and made it fairly comfortable, but towards the end of the visit I felt rushed, wasnt really able to ask him all the questions I wanted to. my second visit had to be rescheduled three times because I was supposed to have mirena inserted and they didnt have the iud on time for my appointment, and then they were having problems with my insurance company. After the issue was resolved, I came in for an emergency mirena insertion and am happy to say that they fit me right in that same day. My third appointment was an emergency mirena removal...and the doctor yet again fit me right in. this was the one that was a problem. I had to wait outside the waiting room for an hour and when I was finally called in I waited for another half hour. They did an ultrasound, which the dr wasnt able to work for five minutes...and for those five minutes he had the ultrasound cam inside my vagina just moving it and twirling it...it was weird and uncomfortable...when he finally got it working he tried to convince me to not take it out..but I refused. The removal was very quick and painless. All in all this is a good office, the doctors are great, but the wait times are ridiculous. If they could fix these small but annoying problems, theyd be a five star office.

Our doctor is great, but the wait time does NOT justify her greatness. Weve been here 5 times, the average wait time is anywhere between 1.5 hours to 2 hours. I basically have to block out an entire day for an appointment that takes less than 15 minutes of actual doctor time. Dear staff: If you dont have the coverage to take on so many patients, then please dont book so many, its not cute. Theres a sign on the wall that says Office Policy: Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes late. But what about our time? Not valuable? This is the service business, please serve us. At this time of this review, weve been in the lobby for 1 hour and 35 minutes. Still waiting.

Staff does not have a clue about the standard process for sending a prescription to Pharmacy by fax. They expect the patients to provide the fax number to them. Also, they provide prescription with electronically generated signature that is only Valid if sent by fax. When we get to the pharmacy and turn in the prescription, the pharmacist alleged it was not signed, and they had to contact the doctor for confirmation. It is the weekend and the Doctors office is closed. In the meantime I cant get to treat my condition.

They dont follow up with test results even if theres an issue of concern. Also, if you try to call the office and go through their automated phone system prompts, its impossible to get through to anyone. This place was just an overall bad experience. I went there 3 times, had way too much bloodwork and testing done, zero feeback on the results until the next appointment, realized how they operate their business, and quickly found another OBgyn.

Ive recently visit this doctors office last week very professional. Dr magua was very sweet with a personality and got the job done. Most doctors tend to be rude and rush you for the next patient. Not this office. I am very anal and Picky to change a office if its not to my taste but this office I Highly recommended. We need more doctors in SFL like this.

Dr. Magua is very nice and patient, she is phenomenal she gives clear understanding of what needs to be done and what and how shes going to perform the percidure. My percidure was quick and painless I love her for her genital and professional service. I will highly recommend her to everyone I know.

I think he was amazing. He helped me and when it came down to it he was right on time. As soon as I went into active labor he walked into my delivery room he wasnt even paged he is concerned has excellent follow up and I will recommend anyone to use him as my obgyn. ❤❤❤

I recommend doctor Magua shes a great doctor! My experience was great. There was short waiting times except sometimes when she was running late fr coming fr the hospital but the staff always let me kno before hand, they were very polite

Terrible with appointments times expect to always wait an hour or more I wouldnt recommend. Plus no walk in days but they still manage to have ridiculous wait time with an appointment.
