Incompetent office staff! I called to make an appointment and gave all my insurance information. I was told that all was well and confirmed. I received two confirmation emails and at least 3 confirmation texts. When I arrived I was given forms to complete and after about 30 minutes was then informed that they actually did NOT accept my insurance!! How does one staff member tell you that your insurance is accepted and then instead of calling, they wait until you get to the appointment to notify you that they do not accept it!! One hand has not idea what the other is doing!!!

My wife had a horrible experience in this place first. Are appointment was at 2:30pm we got there at 2:15pm. We didnt see Dr. Mercado in till 4:15pm. When we ask why the Doctor took so long they told us he had to many patience to see. So why give us a 2:30pm appointment when u cant see us in till 4:15pm. Never again he takes long and doesnt even apologize.

Dr Mercado and his staff treat you like you matter, they really care and it shows in every part of their practice. Ive been going to him for 4 years and he has delivered both my sons. He and his staff are just wonderful.
