Land O Lakes Office:New to the area and in need of a new pediatrician for my three children. This place was the absolute worse choice I could have made. The staff had no idea what they were doing and were completely rude and not educated. They had no interest in answering questions. Two of my children have severe medical issues and I did not feel the doctor knew what she was doing. In fact when I questioned her about an immunization, she could not come up with the correct answer. I had to pull up the CDC website and educate her on the vaccine. When it was all said and done and we were ready to check out after being there for over FOUR hours they charged me for a CBC for my daughter when all they told me they were doing was a HGB and that is all I had agreed too. That was a $40 difference between the two! I paid for everything that day as we were self pay and then I received a bill in the mail for a CBC AND HGB. Which I had already paid for. Also the bill came in my other childs name and not in mine. When I called to ask them why they were billing a minor I was met again with rude responses and told thats just the way their computers work! So you are telling me your computers bill my minor son for my minor daughters bill and you dont see a problem with that? Nope! Needless to say we will not be returning. This is the absolute most horrific pediatric office I have ever been to! My children did not feel comfortable and neither did I. Do your self a favor and please find a pediatric office that the staff actually care about your child and where the doctors are properly educated.

We left this pediatrician after multiple issues concerning their incompetent staff and the billing issues it created. Like other reviewers, I have had to educate nurses on vaccine requirements, have been double and triple billed for something already paid for, have been spoken to incredibly rudely when inquiring why something was billed a certain way, etc. The final straw was an out-of-network procedure we were not made aware was not covered by insurance. $300 bill came to our house and was eventually sent to collections due to the office staffs inability to either speak to the lab on our behalf or return our calls. We asked for medical records to be faxed and they said they would do so. When we followed up (as you must ALWAYS do with this office), they said they couldnt fax until we settled our account. We supposedly had a bill for $50+ but turns out we had already paid it. They had no records and we had to print out bank statements and take them to the office before the would release medical records. At least they proved we made the right decision to leave.

BEST PEDIATRICIAN IN SPRING HILL! Since day one Dr. Griffen and his office have been nothing but respectful, professional, helpful and above all very caring. I love this office and all the staff they follow up after your appointments to make sure your children are alright. They also do their very best to get you seen quickly. I will keep Dr. Griffen as our pediatrician until my children can no longer see him.

Best pediatrician ! Friendly and knowledgable staff, and they really listen to any concerns you have,which can lead to a longer wait time, but totally worth the peace of mind. Dr.Griffen, his nurse practioner, and nurses all treat my severely Autistic and nonverbal 10 year old son with empathy and I trust he and his staff completely with his health and well being.
