I have a 15 year old boy with severe quadriplegic cerebral palsy. I moved to the area recently and was very nervous about changing doctors. I am happy to say that Jennifer Ward is by far the best doctor that I have ever encountered. She is caring, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile for my son. I only wish that she was my doctor as well. You can trust her to methodically approach any medical issue with the utmost professionalism. Her entire staff is wonderful, also doing whatever it takes to help you and your child. I cant thank the entire team enough!!!

Dr Ward is nice, but nice doesnt always cut it when you have to get care. I have a newborn and twice Ive had to wait over 1hr before even seeing the Dr. By that time my baby was a crying, screaming mess! She did a quick check and asked if I had any questions which was impossible with an inconsolable infant. The office staff isnt very nice and the waiting room looks filthy (on the well side). I know Dr.s always have waits, but you cant expect an infant to do that. They need to be better at scheduling. Were going to another Dr now thank goodness!

Ive been taking my children to Dr. Ward for 9 years & we absolutely love her! Her compassion & understanding is to be applauded. Yes, there are times you wait to see but she listens to what you have to say. Working in healthcare, I know scheduling can be difficult. Your child is her first priority and if they are sick, you will be seen, regardless of her busy schedule.

Dr. is very unaccommodating for simple things like mailing me a letter, she wouldnt do it. When we left and asked for records after other situations, they said "if you leave you cant come back," which we got a laugh out of.
