I had a terrible experience with Dr. Anne Beressi at this clinic. She was dismissive and condescending, did not do a full exam, and rushed us out of the office. She hastily diagnosed my 18 month with an ear infection, and despite raising my concerns that based on his symptoms there could be something else going on as well, she refused to run any other tests or further examine him beyond checking his ears. She didnt even listen to his heart/chest or look in his mouth. When I asked about the flu, she said it didnt matter if he had it because the antibiotic she was prescribing for the ear infection would knock that out too. I brought up that it mattered to me as a parent to know, not to mention so I could take precautions for my other child, alert their daycare, etc. She did not address my concerns, simply responding that the nurse would be back in a minute with our prescription. She spent all of 3 minutes with us. What a terrible experience- Avoid this place! On a side note- my husband also started feeling sick that day and went to the walk-in clinic the next morning. He was diagnosed with strep throat. Being that my 18 month was sick for 4 days prior, I think it is likely that he also has/had strep throat which he passed to my husband. Had Dr. Beressi looked in his mouth, she would have probably been able to tell this.

Dr. Anne Beressi Is awful. We unfortunately have been here a few times because of our work schedules and conveinance. Last night was the second time our 2.5 year old was seen by Dr. Anne Beressi and both times she said he had a virus and didnt prescribe him an antibiotic. Last time he followed up with his Pediatrician and ended up having pneumonia. Last night we took him again, we were the second ones to be seen; she didnt come in to see us for an hour, then said he had no fever, infection etc. swabbed him for flu (extremely rough)and came back 39 minutes later and said it was negative. We left and drove straight to minute clinic on Henderson, he was seen there within 10 minutes. 102.6 temperature, ear infection and sinus infection. I highly recommend walking out if she is the dr on duty. Shes cold, heartless and doesnt care. The staff is always extremely nice as are most of the Dr.s. Because of Dr. Anne Beressi, we will never go back to this facility or recommend. She previously practiced in ME and has pretty negative reviews there as well.

I went on Monday the 29th, my 2 1/2 year old daugther was sick. She has a fever, vomiting, runny noise and she was complaining about her left ear, so we took her here. The nurse was great. She ask all the questions and did everything else good. She even stay more time with us to make sure everything was good... till we saw the stupid dumb doctor. She was in the room ONLY 30 SECONDS she barely checked my daugther. She said my daugther was ok and sent us home. Even tho my daugther was still with a fever and crying from the pain. So I made an appointment with her regular doctor and we found out she has an ear infection! Not only in 1 ear BUT BOTH OF THEM! If youre a damm doctor for kids at least care a Lil more, if not find yourself another job because as a doctor you suck.. you need more education! I will never go here again! I prefer to take my daugther to the ER if I have to.

I have a two-year old daughter! I took her to After Hours Pediatric yesterday because she caught germs from a child I just started to take care of! They told me she had a upper respiratory infection! I wasnt given any medicine! She was scheduled for her two year old check up today turns out she did have an ear infection! And the other ear she shoved paper in to! The doctor last night told us her ear were fine! When I was 6 months old I had an ear infection! The doctors didnt tell my parents and I ended up having a seizure three days later! I dont play when it come to my daughter and not ear infections either! The doctor was very rude and didnt care what I had to say! Just kept saying Yep, yep! Very upset! They are going to be hearing from my lawyer! Please do not take your children here!!

I brought my 4 yr old son here. He had 104 temp and the Dr did the strep an flu test, both negative and told me it is most likely a viral infection an will go away in a few days. Didnt prescribe any meds for him and just sent us on our way. Keep in mind my son was still running a fever and the childrens Motrin would wear off an temp would go right back up while home. Thank God it was a Sunday when we went to after hours bc next day his pediatrician called and wanted a follow up. Brought him in and he had the beginning stages of pneumonia. They need a dr that cares enough about children. Other than that the staff was great, very friendly and have nothing bad to say about them, just the doctor.

This place is a complete rip off. I took my son there was an exam due to him not feeling well. They literally took this temp, did a strep test and a visual exam. I paid a fee of $100 with insurance. The sign said that without insurance it would be $100. I then get a bill in the mail for an additional $100. At which they said my insurance didnt pay any of the remaining $100. So you are telling me if you have Health Insurance it is $200 to see the doctor but if you dont have insurance it is $100. Doesnt make any sense at all. NEVER WILL I TAKE MY CHILD HERE AGAIN to over pay for a exam.

Been a mother for 18 years, went there because my daughter has all the signs of a sinus infection and has been getting worse for 2 weeks. After paying a $75 copay, the Dr. recommended a Netti Pot! lol thats it. My daughter at 14 would never do a netti pot regularly and she was argumentative saying lots of 14 year olds do it. No other recommendation besides a Netti Pot...what a joke. Have been to this place 100 times in the past with my 2 other children when they were young...its clearly going down hill.

Was there a couple of days ago with my child . First off the girl at the front desk in front of everyone asked me why did my son need to seen .... MAJOR VIOLATION so I said pain an she going on asking over and over why ... That right there made me so mad . Then to make it worse we get called and we see the nurse and go over everything with her . Mans when she walks out I hear her gossiping at the front desk with the other girls talking so loud about my childs personal business ... I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Horrible place.. Horrible experience. I will never entrust the care of my son to this place again. I had to leave there and head to the emergency room due my son having breathing problems. To make matters worse they billed me for the visit because they inept staff could not properly process the insurance claim and sent it to collections. To this day I am still fighting with them regarding this bill. I would NEVER recommend anyone take their child to this place.
