Dr. Watson and Lisa are very very rude! My son was in there a week ago and he was prescribed meds that it took them a week to approve and come to find out he had prescribed something his insurance didnt cover now why would a doctor do that.. And so I called SO very rude to me, and kept telling me to hold and sayin that I could just bring him in since he was still sick but only at 11, wll he wouldnt be sick if the doctor would have prescribed a medicine his insurance covered.!!! So thats why I switch doctors as of today!!!!

Just called and the woman was extremely rude. I asked for an appointment and she gave me a time and hung up. Didnt even ask if that time was ok. Only words came out of her mouth was 10 thank you and hung up. Then I call back and and tell her I live too far out to be there in less than 45 minutes, her reply was get her moving and get here. My latest is 11 and she hung up. Office personnel needs to learn how to talk to the parents and respond properly on the phone.

Rude as can be to my daughter and her Nana today! And this is not the first time! Only been with him this long because not many Drs are taking new patients. I will be finding another pediatrician asap. That place hasnt been worth anything since Dr Garrett retired. You should have taken some notes from him before he left.

My son had acid reflux they kept telling me he didnt but I knew he did. The office staff and doctor are very rude. I switched doctors sure enough my son had acid reflux had to be put on medicine. Please dont take your children to this doctor.
