Almost 1 star. I saw A. Myers because of chronic (probably tick-born) symptoms other, related issues in a desperate attempt to find help, having gotten none from my CHP providers. After hearing some key symptoms, Ms. Myers ordered a limited amount of useful blood work, told me to schedule an appointment with her husband for a SCIO (look it up), put me on a drug, told me to return in 30 days and rushed away. When I asked, at checkout, for the blood work I had brought with me, I got attitude. Further, they ALSO gave me a copy of someone elses blood test order that clearly identifies the patients name. The SCIO analysis was expensive and the results were enough to make someone rush to the ER, yet I am fairly healthy. Theyre also difficult to interpret, even using internet searches and after spending about 20 minutes on the phone with Mr. Myers. I called Myers staff about 2 weeks after having the blood test and was flatly refused a copy of the results by two different staff. Im giving 3 stars to be generous because I did learn something critical from the tests. Tallahassee medical help is horrible. One has to self-educate, self-medicate and/or find a medical practitioner elsewhere.

I went to this clinic and was given papers to sign. I didnt sign them because I had some questions. On my second visit, I was waiting in the exam room when a man from the clinic came in and told me that they couldnt treat me. I asked why and he said because I didnt sign these papers. I told him that I had some questions about them and he said they were self-explanatory and that I shouldnt have any questions. Everyone else signs them. Now if this man, who never introduced himself, had come into the exam room and asked, "Is there something you need to understand better in order to sign these papers?" I might have stayed and gotten treatment. We might have been able to have a conversation. Later in the hallway he started talking about how many procedures hes done, etc., etc. Clearly he felt threatened by my non compliance. And I have no intention of going back to this place.
