I have visited this location multiple times upon transferring schools to this area, and have experienced by far the worst customer service I have ever had from this Kaiser establishment. Several times I have come to this particular location to pick up immunization records, receive PPD skin tests, and different lab tests required for nursing school. One time I had to wait over AN HOUR just to pick up my records, not attend an appointment. Today I attempted to go to the records office to pick up my immunizations records for my new job and they told me that the person who released records no longer worked there and I would not be able to pick up my records at all! I went upstairs to adult medicine to try and get the nurse to print them off for me and was told that there were no nurses in the facility at all and the earliest they would be back is 2:00. AND IT WAS 11:30!!!!! Please for your own sanity avoid them at all costs!

The other Kaiser locations in Atlanta are far better, friendlier, faster and cleaner! The entire premises (and the dirty, soggy carpets) reek of a wet dog smell! I love dogs but it is somewhat unsettling to smell them inside a hospital. Would choose other locations henceforth.

I hit the directions button from google which takes me to google maps. I get to my location mind you which is not in Tucker, Ga, but Avondale Estates, GA! That needs to be corrected. This location is in Tucker, GA NOT Avondale Estates, GA! Ridiculous!!!

I have never had a bad experience with any of the facilities. Everyone has always treated me with kindness and with a friendly smile. The OB/GYN department in particular is the best.

Slow pharmacy, the rest of the staff can hardly be bothered with you. The doctors are fine though.
