This office is the worst doctors office I have ever been at. All they are after is for you to do your physical with them. Thats how they make their money. Once they got your insurance to pay they dont even bother to call you and let you know the results. I called myself 15 days later and it sounded like they did me a favor to even answer the call. Then they said they did not have all the results together and will get back to me. When they called, they actually tried to discuss the results on the phone which is completely unethical. When I wanted to talk to the Doctor they kept saying that he is not available and would not tell me when I could see him. Anytime I made appointment to see him, someone else has attended to me. I am sure that is not even legal. I will clarify everything with my attorney and board of health. I will probably bring a legal action against this office. Avoid this office at all costs if you really need results and care about your health.....

I chose this location and doctor based upon proximity to my office and also because of favorable reviews within the past year. However, I left there very disappointed. My appointment was for 10:30AM and I was suprised to learn that this is also a walk-in clinic. However, even though they state that their policy is to see clients with appointments first, I still had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes before even being taken back. Yes - it was 11:45AM (I arrived at 10:25AM for my 10:30AM appointment). Then my prescription wasnt called into the pharmacy by the end of the day and when I called the next morning at 11:30AM to follow up, it STILL had not been called in. Not very patient friendly service at all. Interaction with the actual doctor was sufficient but the lack of professionalism and follow up by the office staff in general will prevent me from returning.

I have been seeing Dr. Sunit Singal as my PCD since may of this year, i had previously seen at another Dr. who failed to get my blood pressure, diabetes or weight loss issues under control, After my very first visit with Dr. singal i instantly felt at ease, with him his staff and nurses, during the summer he had several students in observing his practice that to me says that he has a love for the practice of medicine and wants to encourage others! that means a lot to me, He does whats best for his patients!!!! the front desk follows up to make sure you are scheduled for blood work and physicals! They are always pleasant and attentive. The only suggestion i have is to give us another movie to look at :)) otherwise it will be very worth your will to see Dr. singal and his staff!!

The worst place ever. They have given me the wrong medicine more then once. Im sevierly allergic to penicillin (I go into anafalactic shock) and they gave me a medicine containing penicillin which caused me to have chronic hives. Thank god it didnt have enough to make me go into anafalactic shock! It was made very clear to not give me penicillin. I had to go back and pay them again to give me a different prescription. In another incident I acquired brohncitis which turned into sports asthma and was given THE WRONG INHALER. I couldnt even get cleared for a physical because the doctor I went to said she didnt feel comfortable clearing me without the right inhaler. Unprofessional. Uneducated. I wish I could give them less then 1 star.

Great service initially however they botched up my prescription. They wrote the wrong prescription, for some very expensive medicine. The pharmacy would not take the medicine back because it was the doctors error and when I called Suburban Medical she pretty much was like oh well I can write you the correct prescription but your on the hook for the money you paid on the wrong prescription theres nothing we can do. I had to clarify that I am stuck paying for the wrong medicine and they was basically like yes. I will never go back there again. If you choose to go there make sure you confirm you script with the pharmacy before paying for it because these people could care less about you wasting your hard earned money.

Ive been seeing Dr. Singhal for over 5 years. I have recommended him to every colleague and friend I know and every one of them are now his patients. Dr. Singhal is, without a doubt, the best doctor Ive ever seen. Ive had several primary care doctors who have wasted my time with a wait over well over an hour while with Dr. Singhal Ive never waited more than 15 minutes. Moreover, he has taken care of my insomnia cheaply (by carrying Ambien which my insurance will not cover) and my allergies. Ive been seeing both Dr Singhal and Dr Purohit for a few years and find them to be patient, instructive, professional, thorough, and kind. So nice to know that they actually care for their patients, which you can see in the compassionate way they both relate. Its very nice to feel like we have a family doctor. Even though we moved a couple of years ago, we still make the commute to go and see them. I also love that they dont keep you waiting. I would recommend them strongly.

Nice doctor...Bhoomi Purohit and service was fast when I went (9:30am appt). I got an appt next day itself for my annual physical checkup unlike other doctors where you have to wait couple months before you get the appt. The staff attended me quickly. My appt was at 9:30am maybe thats why. The lab results were conveyed next day itself. Urine test and EFG results were conveyed immediately. Highly recommend this facility. Impressed with the doctor too.

I went see Dr. Singhal for terrible insomnia problems(had even gotten a sleep study done) and he would only presribe 15 generic sleeping pills with no refills & charged me $75 for the office visit. Unlike most good doctors that understand the expense; he said I would have to come back in for a refill, paying an additional 75 dollars! They seem to just be about making money, not taking time to actually help their patients. I will not be going back.

I am sorry that a previous reviewer had a bad experience with Dr. Singhal. My family and many families in the Peachtree Corners area find him to be an excellent, compassionate, caring physician. I know first hand that he takes excellent care of myself and whole family. He has excellent bed side manner and knows his medicine. I believe many would say the same in our area.

Im so happy I went here. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I went 30 minutes before closing and most places would try to rush me out but they truly cared and wanted to make sure they gave me the right diagnosis. The ladies in the front were so sweet and all the nurses and doctor was to. I will go back here for any issues I have in the future.

I have been going to Dr. Singhal since he opened..Everyone is welcoming and helpful. Dr Singhal is patient and has helped me solve a few medical mysteries. I have referred them.to many people and they all seem very happy with the level of care provided.
