I was in the area while traveling for the holidays. Got some sort of head cold/cough thing and had to find some treatment. Referred to this location via my insurance company. I was not disappointed. The physicians assistant who treated me (an older gentleman) listened to my complaints carefully and asked relevant questions. He discussed treatment with me and provided scripts needed. He also called to follow up a few days later to see if I was getting better. I felt like I received competent care with a little extra due to the follow up...much appreciated.

I have been going to this location for as many years as it has been open and have never had a negative experience. Dr. Placilla, should not be getting a negative score for the actions of the front office as they serve several physicians. He is the most knowledgable physician I have ever know, and is able to cite the research, when necessary, behind the treatment and advice he is giving. He recently retired from practice and is teaching at the FSU Medical School.

The people who work there are rude and unkindly, the receptionist didnt know what she was doing nor did the nurse. While there was 4 people to check in, the receptionist and also the other staff were deliberately in the back laughing and talking. Horrible.
